Noise issue coming from the 4th floor above my room. Young family or kids making lots of noise between 11:30pm-1:30am. This was really annoying.

The location was perfect for my work-related activities. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

We got unlucky and got room 301 which is the farthest away for the elevator but I survived. Though the room was very clean the maintenance needed some help. You had to very aggressively press the bathroom light for it to turn in, some of the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and some drawers in the room refused to stay closed.

I thought the location was really good. Everything was a 10 minute drive away, we enjoyed the bar down stairs all though its pricey for the food potions they did really good.

The room furnishings were worn and in need of repair and deep cleaning.

The staff were nice and I appreciated the bottles of water. The adjacent restaurant was good as well.

Could have been cleaner.. the shower walls didn't look like they were cleaned on a regular basis, the carpet had marks on it that hadn't been cleaned, Same with the sofa, bed sham and headboard. For whatever reason our room had two phones in it? The window in our room had no screen. Looking closer you can see all the quick fixes that just gave it a really unprofessional feel.

Location was nice, staff was nice and it was super quiet even though our room was on the middle floor.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Grout needed a good scrubbing but overall it was decent. Furniture needed vacuuming, but it wasn’t terrible. We had a first floor room which faced the parking area, so we didn’t have any privacy with the curtains open. Not a deal breaker for one night, but if we stayed again I’d ask for a room higher up.

Bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the king suite with kitchenette and separate sitting room, which was a lovely feature. I was able to have a private phone conversation while my hubby watched tv. The desk chair was excellent. There was also a pocket door separating the bedroom from the rest of the space which helped reduce noise and diminish light from the hallway so we had an almost pitch black room for sleeping. This was an added bonus! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got back after dinner to find the complimentary coffee bar had been put away, but the desk clerk gave us some decaf coffee pods and extra tea bags to take back to our room and make ourselves.

Problem with the fire damage wall not a confidence builder. Multiple access card failures not appreciated. Light fixtures over The west tables in Rockford we damaged one showed burn damage.

Enjoyed the quiet peaceful room. Perfect location for our visit with family. Ease of access off highway 16. Only had two meals at Rockford but each was great portion and fine quality.
