The only issue I had was the girl that checked us in, she was very businesslike which borderlined on unfriendliness and she talked very fast, she made it clear to me that she was extremely busy when I mentioned how fast she was talking, friendliness would have been preferred over the rushing.

The bed was very soft, too soft, but it is only because I prefer a much firmer bed due to my back. Other people may really enjoy this type of bed. Would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room. There is only a single cup tea/coffee maker.

Bedding was nice. Choice of firm or soft pilliws. 2 bathrobes are offered and nice bathroom amenities. Our room was very clean. Carpeted floor which I find strange for a fairly new hotel, but it was clean and not worn looking. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the room cool all night.

I understand covid can complicate hospitality but I ordered a steak dinner and I had to manage with a plastic knife. Not easy! I also had a glass of wine that was delivered in a plastic cup, so they kinda ruined the luxury of the the meal and space for me.

The room was stylish, clean and spacious! I really enjoyed the bedding and the room service food was exceptional!

The corridor smelled like it had been smoked in, it was a faint odour but still present. I could tell the place had been well maintained and it did not effect our room.

Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Melissa went above and beyond making sure our stay was excellent.

The room wasn’t super clean, room needs some touch ups. There was dog poo on our deck and not from our dog. Our room never got cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed, and for the price of over $600 I would think that should be offered at least.

Our room was not satisfactorily clean when we checked in. We had to call down for batteries for the remote control and none of the clocks were set. When we were leaving for the day on our second day, I called down and asked them to refresh our room due to it not being clean when we checked in. I was assured that the housekeeping manager would be checking in and making sure it would be cleaned and that maintenance would come and check the clogged bathroom sink. I was very disappointed when we returned to find that while the bed had been made, nothing had been cleaned (I requested certain dirty areas). The sink did appear to have been fixed, so thank you to the maintenance staff. Very disappointed to have to stay in a dirty room for 2 nights. Front desk were very apologetic when we checked out.
