The toilet flooded when we first flush it and sink the bathroom we have to ask for maintenance and cleaning, The swimming pool should be opened by 9 and it was not open till 10 because they were cleaning and we went there doesn’t look like its just been cleaned

I didn’t like how long it took the hotel shuttle took to pick my family and I up after our flight had landed.

I liked the convenience of a restaurant attached to the hotel. I loved the decor in my room and bathroom.

Arrived to find my travel credit card declined and other cards unable to be used as we had not OK'd overseas transactions. The young man on the desk was patient, did everything possible to help, and ultimately the problem with my bank was resolved. This all happened at midnight! Well done Sandman front desk on Tuesday 14 May.

There were just a few small issues, which I brought up to the receptionist at check out. The fridge was set too warm, and I didn’t noticed until the next evening. So I didn’t trust eating some of the food I brought. A few house-keeping items were brought up, like finding a spoon on the floor in the bedroom behind the door, the tv remote being visibly dirty. A bit of a sticky floor and the although the pots were new, they left the sticker on the bottom of the pot and it was too late to do anything about when I realized the odd smell.

It was nicely decorated, especially in the lobby. It served my needs, I had a room with a kitchenette.

The room and bathroom need updating. It was very tired looking. When we opened the fridge, someone else's leftovers were in there. Disgusting.

The location doesn't allow you much exploring to go out. As a handicapped person I appreciated the help of another guest to carry some of my luggage into the lobby after getting of the shuttle bus. Thank you Guest!!! A bit noisy due to maintenance work in the morning.

The bed was perfect to get a good night sleep after a long flight. The airport shuttle worked great and is greatly appreciated.

While there are several restaurants around the hotel, there's not much else to do. While the room was fairly clean, there were some gross layers of dust on certain spots.

Windows were super dirty in the inside, the washroom was a bit dusty. They are going through renovations and in the afternoon (between 1 and 4 pm) it was impossible to sleep due to the noises. The room that we got was not properly isolated in the windows, unfortunately both nights were quite windy and the air coming in from the outside through the windows moved the room door in and out, making a disturbing sound all night long. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad, but I feel like we expected more of this type of hotel.

The furniture in the room looked nice and modern. It didn’t say in the description of the room, but it is equipped with microwave and refrigerator, making it convenient when you travel with kids.

The beds should have better insulating comforters -- it seemed like we needed to increase the temperature of the room in order to be warm enough, which isn't the most energy efficient way to do things! It's surprising that a hotel with a restaurant doesn't have the ability to provide a breakfast to overnighters. We knew this was the case, so ultimately not a problem for us.

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was equipped with the usual amenities however the toilet was slow to flush on our arrival. After a few more flushes, it seemed to be functioning better (we almost called to have it serviced but whatever had it partially plugged passed with our water only flushes!). We found the room fairly quiet, so it must have decent sound insulation.
