No hand towels or bath towels in the room, towel rack and toilet paper holder falling off the wall, very loud a/c unit, chair in room dirty. Hotel as a whole felt a bit rundown and could use some TLC. One key card didn’t work.

The room was overpriced for what we got. The outside and inside of building requires updating. The bathroom had random bottles of shampoo and conditioner and the shower curtain was old, and stained. Did not feel it was the worth the money we paid.

It was close to shopping.

Food at Dennys was great. Value good. Staff helpful. Room older but some updates and it was clean.

the air conditioner was very noisy, but adequate . the door did not shut properly because the strike plate was loose.

The room was clean and the staff was really polite and helpful.we arrived early and the front desk check-in got us in thankfully.

Our door was jammed and we had to use force to open it. The light fixtures looked like they were going to fall off. The bed was worn out and probably the worst quality pillow I’ve ever used in my life.

Booked a "Standard King room" through booking.com & stated the room will be equipped with microwave. However it was not equipped upon check-in. Made an inquiry about the mircrowave. The staff mentioned have to upgrade the room by paying extra !, which I declined Don't know who to blame, was it a mistake made by the booking.com or the hotel management ?

Toilet paper was super ruff, hot water was out for a bit, there was a fire alarm that the staff just ignored, very hard to access lobby from room, TV very small and hard to use.

In the older, original bldg, the furnishings in the room, were rather shabby. Dents in everything, chunks missing, drawers broken, shower curtain shredded. I got lost in that confusing bldg! Need better signage in the common areas, pls. For the cost - not great.

Everyone who works there seems to really enjoy it!

was surprised at the state of dis repair the room was in, multiple pieces of baseboards missing, tile shower grout cracking and falling apart, bathroom ceiling paint bubbling and cracking, bathtub spout leaked when turned on, over our 4 night stay we frequently found no hot water for showers (seemed they couldn’t keep up with demand at peak times)

location was great, central to everything. was fairly clean and reasonably comfortable.

The staff could be more friendly and explain things better, makes a huge difference to the trip. Would have been nice for guest services to answer and bring my room towels when I needed them

Tried calling guest services multiple times with no answer, the staff there weren’t the most pleasant when I called ahead of time and when I asked to pay on two cards they started acting extremely pissed off. As well they didn’t explain the damage deposit until I had to ask them why I was charged way more than I was supposed to

Slippers, some regular toiletries supply not provided unless requested. Tiny bottle is shampoo not enough for 2 persons use. Found dead bug on the bed Dishware not very clean

Everything is good, stay was too short to enjoy the facilities though. Really enjoyed the balcony and magnificent view from the room(tower side). Bed was comfortable like home; shower was strong like having a deep tissue massage.
