The pillows needed to be better, 3 out of 4 of us all had bad necks the next morning because they were awful pillows. Plus elevator broken and still not fixed after 4 days of being broken. Then the final bill was $11 more than what I agreed to when I booked room. We all loved the buffer, 1 out of 3 waitresses was great, she was a white lady, very friendly and we overheard her tell another couple that they can make then any eggs they want and toast as part of buffet , yet the other Indian lady didn't tell us anything

We liked breakfast buffet selection , tiles in bathroom and temperature control in rooms Staff at front desk were very nice as well

The pillows need to be changed and room 491 ac unit is so loud it sounds like a airplane motor but other then that everything else was excellent as always

We had to change rooms. The first room was on the first floor facing the main parking lot. It did not have privacy blinds. I waved to people walking by while lying on my bed. They moved us to the second floor which had privacy blinds and was fine. Good action by staff to rectify the situation.

I was almost stranded because my credit card wouldn't take deposit. I luckily I had family close by to bring their card.

Great location and the staff were so patient while I dealt with figuring things out.

Newly renovated room was nice and beds were comfortable. Hotel is being remodeled so no amenities were open but just needed room for one-night stay and was a great price.

Staff is amazing. Kind, responsive and attentive to client’s request. Rooms and bathroom seem to be recently renovated, and were well cleaned. Great location, 5 min drive to good restaurants, parks, and beach.

Currently under construction, so we were not able to try any other amenities or food of the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out were quick. They gave us an upgrade, great room. Comfortable, clean and small kitchenette. Hallways were clean and nicely done too. Easy to park.

Construction, though it is nessary. Dirty carpets in hallways. Dirty and smelly elevator. Adjoining room was very noisy. Could use sound proofing.

Maintenance man tried to enter our room while we were still sleeping. They need to pay more attention to booked rooms.

There was dust on the second shelf when we first went in; there was a water leak on the wall behind the toilet; for such a great hotel, the toilet paper and kleenex were inferior; the shelf in the shower for the soap was wide wire so the small soap kept falling through to the floor.

The bed was so comfy; the room was very spacious; the bathroom was really nice; other amenities were nice.

High ceilings combined with an only.partially carpeted floor meant voices and noise echoed through the room and seemed louder than expected. The tiled floor is easier to keep clean but some sort of sound deadening on the upper walls would help.

Driving in there was much construction happening to that end of the building & at first I thought it was closed as I didn’t see signage to continue driving to the new office entrance.

The room had been recently renovated & it had a comfortable seating area.
