We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaBy allowing smoking outside the rooms the smelly, not nice air, circulates into other rooms via the AC. Not nice. Then, in the next unit someone was smoking that God awful smelling drug, now legal. Not only outside, but inside the unit. This is not good for anyone else in the room, next to the room, OR being in it next as the smell is terrible and it lingers. Perhaps, arrange a different area away from the units for smokers.
Bed firm enough and clean; room clean; desk, chairs useful. Frig and microwave lovely idea. TV screen a good size. Office staff great, polite and most helpful.

Canadawe liked everything - no complaints - and you can smoke outside your room which is a nice benefit that most places don't offer
beds were very comfortable - we went to the Fortress Tavern for a night out to listen to a live band and its just a few minutes walk from this motel - excellent location for that nite. The room was large and had everything we needed - not the Hilton but very good for the money for sure. They offered free ice and a little continental breakfast which was good enough.
