We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice comfortable hotel. Excellent place to spend the night with excellent location. If you want 5 stars hotel than this might not be the place for you, but if you want nice and cheap place to spend the night and enjoy the visit than you might like it.

CanadaThere was a bit of a musky smell in the room, and some of the furniture was damaged (vinyl peeling off). But my partner and I aren't fussy. We just wanted a place to sleep close to the falls - which is exactly what we got!
The motel was located a 5-10 minute walk to Cliffton Hill, which was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom seemed to be newly upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Free parking was also a bonus!

CanadaThe location. The motel is dated and in a less desirable area, however, my room was clean and the staff were helpful and they were accommodating as I was arriving late. I couldn’t get connected to the wifi.
It was affordable, staff were great. My room was spacious, clean, lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Lots of towels. There was no fee for parking, unlike many other hotels in Niagara Falls, which charge $15+ to park overnight. The mattress was comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep.

United StatesBed was worn out, air conditioning was not working, TV, had six channels and half were shopping or news channels. Transients up all night , I will say worst experience I've ever had! Will not be using booking.com again. Also the no refund policy is not a good idea in situations like this! The reviews about this place are made up I believe,as nothing matches any review! It was very dark and dirty and the man working the reception office was rude and over all was a really uncomfortable vibe. As I went alone I did not feel safe at all and when speaking to the reception person I told him I couldn’t stay and all he said was “no refunds”
