My preference would have been for the property to have a conventional hob and oven, but it very much depends on how much cooking you do.

We loved the property, the garden, and its location overlooking the beach and lake. The owners are lovely people, exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the quiet area, the community vibe, and friendliness of people that we met.

Bed pillows a bit dense/hard. Perhaps the spare pillow (in closet) could offer a softer option? Had a bit of trouble with both entry door keypads. Owner is aware & planning to change them.

Lovely place. Beautiful outside seating areas. Our little apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and was well equipped. Owners are friendly & approachable. Location is just excellent.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we only stayed 4 nights. We have stayed in a lot of place via Booking.com around the world and we can not say that about every place we have stayed. Coastal Suite's is a little gem.

We really liked the view of Lake Erie from the Coastal Suite's room and the suite was lovely and had everything we needed. The hosts were both very friendly and have clearly put a lot of time and effort into creating this little touch of magic. in Leamington. We will return and look forward to staying with them yet again in the near future.

The parking was a little confusing and I wish that there was A/C.

The location was phenomenal. Very clean. Loved the soaker tub. Owner was very helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet. There is an outdoor gazebo that we sat under, drank our tea and watched and listened to the birds. So relaxing.

The pull out could have been more comfortable with a mattress pad or thin topper.

Beautiful view of Lake Erie, amazing Park right next door, the gazebo to sit and read and watch the Lake and Ferry come into port. I heard the waves and birds in surrounding forest. Safe, well maintained neighborhood and property. Complimentary pass to the National Park (lovely drive there) so we hiked and toured for a couple of days. Although there was a mix up as to which suite we booked, it turned out that the cozy suite was our favourite..Bed very comfortable. Attention to details- excellent. Loved the tub and lighting!! Great location to wine country too.Thank you, We will definitely recommend. Great hosts..

I really don’t have any complaints about anything. The communication level was beyond expectations and the customer service was second to none.

This property was so well-maintained. You would’ve thought that it had been built the following day, absolutely exceptionally clean with an incredible eye for detail of necessities. Beyond thrilled with the room that I had.

Essentially one half of a house that has been split into 2. Ours had a massive lounge / bedroom and then a separate kitchen / dinner. Outside large garden with a gazebo and chairs / loungers.

Great location and easy access to a beach. The suite was very bright and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful bathroom. The barbeque was a bonus. Thank you for the great steak

This property was gorgeous, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. There was a beautiful lake view and backyard set up, and the indoor space was clean, modern and sophisticated. Location was also prime, being very close to Point Pelee National Park where we did some stargazing. A 1-minute walk down to the beach from the property was also a huge perk. Jamie and his wife were exceptionally warm and welcoming! Was a very special weekend away, and I'm really grateful and glad I stumbled upon this property!
