We loved everything. The hosts, the grounds, the breakfast, even the home's decor was amazing!! Very inviting, great locale, amenities were five star... Both of them always had great knowledge and advice on things to do in the area. We will definitely stay again and again

Very friendly and helpful hosts who provided great tips and information about the local area. Excellent cooked breakfast. Great location walkable to town, restaurants and places to walk. We liked Seaway Manor so much we stayed again a couple of days later on our return trip through the area.

The hosts were exceptional - Colin & Peter made us feel at home, the type of folks you'd love to spend more time with. The accommodations are exceptional - a brilliant renovation that maintains a connection to the history of the building. The breakfast was a treat. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I had the most lovely time at Seaway Manor. I felt so cared for, the room was comfortable (including a beautiful and spacious bathroom), and it was most certainly the best breakfast I had on my 10-day trip.

Everything was perfect. The hosts, Peter and Colin, were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was great! The home is comfortable and historic. The property is near the water and the playhouse theater.

Lovely property with great hosts. Colin & Peter could not have done anything more to make our stay more comfortable. The cooked breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the riverside and restaurants.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in Gananoque at Seaway Manor. The room was lovely and Peter and Colin were excellent hosts, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly Colin's freshly baked goods each day!

Unfortunately our room was the only one that did not have an on suite washroom - you had to exit the bedroom and enter the hallway for the washroom. This washroom is private and for your use only (and is only 2 steps from your door). The washroom is well appointed. This is more of an inconvenience and did not affect our stay.

Breakfasts were excellent and tailored to your likes / dislikes. Location is very good - short walk to waterfront and restaurants. The hosts are well informed on the town and area in general and offered good advice. The hosts are very accommodating - could not have done more to make you feel welcome.

Lovely B&B with warm and welcoming hosts. very Clean!! Gave a great recommendation for a restaurant which we loved and exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect for cruises, only 1 minute away from B&B. Comforters are a little heavy for summer use is my only tiny complaint. Delicious breakfast, best biscuit I have ever had in my life!!

Nothing to fault

The hosts are friendly and great fun. They are very informative about the area and places to go. The breakfast is exceptional, freshly cooked and delicious with great extras like homemade bread, cakes and biscuits. We stayed in Suite 5 which is a beautiful room with 2 large comfy beds. Peaceful residential area close to the waterfront and a friendly, lively pub just a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommend this fab B&B, so pleased we found it.

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!

Peter and Colin were super welcoming and helpful and put a lot of effort into making our stay as cozy and enjoyable as possible. The food they made was delicious and they were able to adapt to individual preferences (e.g., vegetarian, dislike of specific foods, etc.)! They were also really helpful and offered to pick us up from/ give us a ride to the train station. We really felt at home and you can see how much effort and love the two of them put into Seaway Manor! We would love to come again!
