I booked the place for 4 guests but was given 2 towels instead of 4. No paper towel/facial tissue. Requested but rejected, saying it is not available for guests. Only Half roll bathroom tissue is given. No hairdryer or shampoo. I was given a door code a day before but wasn't able to use it when I check in and apparently it was changed last minute (around 330 while check in time was 3pm). Request for early check in (2pm) was rejected. Bedroom 2 was locked. Have to ask the owner before he gives the door code.

Beds are firm, clean and comfortable. The place is generally clean.

Owner of the property did not came to check on us if we needed any thing he must make sure the gusts are happy and if they need something to provide them We needed kettle for making tea but not provided also if possible have more cups and dishes some of the plates and cups cracks .

Location was beautiful very quiet and clean area . Property was clean and neat .

When we got to the location the second bedroom was locked. Had to call the owner to get a code to unlock it. The rest of the facilities weren’t the cleanest with hair in the bathroom, toothpaste on the mirror and marks on the bedsheets/ towels. They did not provide enough towels . They only provided 2 sets of towels . Enough for only 2 of us to shower. Only 2 mirrors in the entire place. Not very convenient for getting ready - especially since it sleeps up to 6 people. No garbage in the bathroom -

Door code provided was not correct, so I had to contact the owner of the property before entering. Although the overall appearance of the property was clean, there was some mould in the bathroom shower. The property was a basement apartment, which was not noted in the booking.com advertisement. As such, we could also hear all the movements of the tenants in the main house, baby/toddler crying, chairs being moved, music playing. This is a small item, but there was no toaster in the property.

Location of the property was convenient. Communication with owner of property was easy. Accomodations included fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and cutlery. Towels were provided. Washer and dryer was also in the property.

It got hot downstairs both nights - maybe the AC was turned off at night??

It was a very clean basement apartment and was quite accurately described online. It’s nice that it is close to amenities.

Not the cleanest. Bathroom was not cleaned before I arrived (see photo), and there is no way to lock the door so anyone can come downstairs at any time.

Late check in because somebody is still cleaning. We get in almost an hour. The noise on that second floor is too loud. It is a basement stay to let you know. Children running, crying, yelling, loud banging sound then after that, child will cry. The place has this weird smell as well. It’s hard to relax on this place.

This is a creepy basement apartment. Owner lives upstairs. Loud walking noise/closing doors/up and down the stairs...etc. I didn't get a good sleep. There's no lock from the main level to basement apartment so the owner or anyone could come down anytime they want. I didn't feel safe at all. You can't adjust the temperature inside the apartment and AC was off the whole time with no air circulation. Towels and pillow covers were dirty with dirt spots on them. Cheap furniture/chair/table/bed. They use the cheapest quality of everything. You won't feel comfortable here.

Poor to no hygiene. Bed sheets full of hair, stains, and unidentifiable colours. The kitchen cabinets handle were very greasy. The tv and tv table had many finger prints. The dust was accumulated by windows border. Windows glass had a lot of smudge and hair. After writing this review so they can improve their standards because this is not acceptable as a rental unit in any standards, the owner contacted me to say in his own words “ Hello Hussein I read your comment. Juste make sure to book somewhere else next time. At least you know what to expect. You are not welcome to my place anymore. I don't want you to experience the same inconveniences.” So it’s either you get fooled and accept the filthy place they offer or don’t go there. Because they’re not looking to improve hygiene period. I’ll put the photos in the green owl application called trip advisor.

It was a horrible experience for me and my wife and kids.
