Clearer instructions on where to park would have been nice. The exercise room was limited as well.

The breakfast was limited and expensive relative to expectations. We went down the street (as suggested by a staff member) and were fed well.

The breakfast was very mediocre and sparse for the $22 price tag. And espresso coffee wasn't included in that price! Very disappointed in the breakfast. I also didn't like that in-room coffee came with a $2 price tag.

A minor matter really...the toilet did not properly flush on the first try. It always flushed on the second. Otherwise, all was good.

Without exception, all of the staff were excellent. Felt very welcomed by all and treated wonderfully. They answered every question I had. The corner room was spacious and provided good natural light.

No valet parking space to fit in our truck when we arrived late, but public parking available locally for about the same price. Staff were very apologetic. The shower pressure was terrible, it was very disappointing actually and took away from the whole experience.

The design of the hotel was nice. The rooms were large and had iron and ironing board. Bathroom was a nice design although a little small perhaps. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff were helpful and the location was good. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area and able to offer recommendations.

Double beds too small. Bathroom small also.

Rooms were good. Double beds too small for a comfortable nights rest. Would recommend minimum queen size beds. Bath products were nice. Nice pillows. Finish in room e.g: lamps, art etc were modern contemporary. Staff at reception and rest of hotel staff all very warm, welcoming, friendly. Location close to McGill. Subway stop two minute walk. Close to Mont Royal. Clean, safe neighbourhood.

Noisy air con / fridge on the landing (11th floor) It was also very hot and stuffy in the corridor which made the hotel feel a bit rustic. The toilet was leaking when we arrived but was quickly fixed. A slightly more affordable breakfast would be even better. We ventured out instead to get value for money. We only needed a coffee and croissant so $20pp was a bit steep. The rooms facing the south side must be disappointed with the view of the adjacent building wall.

Perfect walking distance to downtown and McGill campus. Nice boutique feel. Loved the view from the room facing Mt Royal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great to have a Nespresso in the room too.

Very nice hotel, in a great location. 5 min walk into st Catherine Street Montreal, and Parc Mont Royal. Also close metro station making very easy to get around the city. King Room was very spacious, modern and very clean. Staff were helpful. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Montreal.
