The room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast delicious and the front porch very inviting with a beautiful view of the lake.

The breakfast was delicious: Croissant, juice, quiche (an egg custard tart) plus a fruit cup drizzled with cream and maple syrup. And coffee and tea, or course. Also liked its location near many of N. Hatley's attractions.

My hostess was very welcoming and allowed me to change rooms on the spot! The front porch looks over the river and the lake and was a very comfortable place to sit and relax. It was quiet at night and I slept well on the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and I was wished a safe journey home upon leaving.

Quaint in all respects. Bed was great. Haven’t slept as soundly in months. we enjoyed the sound of falling rain in the off season of this quaint little village.

The bar across the street was a bit loud at night. We used the A/C to drown out the sound.

The river room. Only one electrical outlet. Very small room. Tiny shower in small bathroom. Bring your own electronic entertainment.

Beautiful old home, like staying at ant Bethany’s house. Creaky floors, beautiful decor, fresh clean smell. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. Good wifi.

Great location, loved the view of the river from the room, can walk to the beach, great homemade breakfast and pleasant host. Great option for the price. I would definitely return or recommend to friends looking for a romantic getaway or just a getaway close to a lake and bike paths not too far from Montreal.

The air conditioner in our room was quite loud and would turn on and off throughout the night (auto-control).

The host was lovely and sweet! Nice and quiet, location was perfect. The freshly made breakfast was great too!

Dryness of the piece of "quiche" served for breakfast. Otherwise very nice rhubarb and strawberry yogurt. Un-elegant breakfast service and visiting my room as soon as I quit, before I had to come back. Otherwise the lady as owner has been quite welcoming and pleasant, although I could feel her anguish to be paid while I was trying to primarily connect with WiFi.
