Bathtub was dirty dirt ring . There was hairs around the sinks. Bedsheet had blood and was removed but I got a $50 fee for a sheet when u wash it in bleach it comes out or tide .

We weren’t given a key because the door locks were frozen and broken. So the guy gave us a bit of a deal in the room

Dated Motel Strip style, dated decor and amenities. Poor Ambiance, wall colour, cheap little framed 'art'. No USB, not even behind Television. Small Towels.

Value for money, easy in and out, good Parking, secure building and property, Clean and Comfortable beds/ Microwave, Fridge, second Sink and counter. Friendly Reception. Fair price comparatively.

When I arrived for check in the manager kept saying he could have charged me 200$ because it was homecoming weekend. We had agreed on the price of 137$ or so about a month ago. That was weird and very rude.

Room was clean and organized with microwave and freezer with parking space that’s good but aesthetically outside area look so dead and scary bcz of the closed pool and the mattress and furniture was all out like garage sale. But reception people where really nice and helpful.

Actually the washrooms are in desperate need of up grade. The window in the washroom was broken presenting a security problem as it was always unlocked.

Didn't have any breakfast there. If it was provided was not aware of it hence never partook of it. But the location was great. Easy access to everything and to city center.

The place was clean the beds were comfortable we had an air conditioner that worked and it didn't smell in the room.

Everything was good my only beef was that there was no coffee maker or even a kettle that we could have made a tea or coffee if we brought some we had a fridge and a microwave which was good.

it is a rather tired property, but to be expected for the price. Kingston is expensive for a small town i know as i visit my daughter who is at Queen’s.

the guy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. whoever is running it appears to be trying to improve the property. I can see that there are various things they have worked on, new flooring in the bathroom of my room for example. They had replaced mattresses as well.

The place needs some updating and repairs. Exhaust fan in washroom sounded like a helicopter it was so loud. The door needs repair and no screens on windows

I’m assuming they have people who rent and stay on the property. I had some things that I bought taken from my vehicle. Yes, my fault for not securing it right away. I left it for a short period of time and some youngsters going back and forth. Better security

Room dirty. Hadn't been cleaned. Bed covers had cigarette burn holes in them. Poorly maintained.

Uneven floor walking back to the bathroom (slopes downward). The bathroom could certainly use some upgrades to improve the overall appearance make for a more pleasant stay. Overpowering smell of curry/Indian food in the office which could be a turn-off for some guests.

For one night, the room provided what I needed, which was a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room maintenance and general quality was not great. A lot of rooms were given to Refugees with large families on permanent basis. Owner agreed to provide us room at a different facility which was quieter and better maintained. WiFi did not work, may be due to limitations of connections on their router.Breakfast/coffee room was closed with a COVID related restrictions Notice.
