Great location close walking distance to beach. This was our second time at this location and we will be returning there again next year.

The bedding and pillows were pretty crappy… If I stayed again, I would bring my own. It also smells a bit smoky inside. The weather was good to the window could be open, but it would be an issue in winter.

Great location! We walk to the beach and boardwalk in the morning, and it was lovely.

The room was not overly clean and not what the photos advertised but it was long weekend and I assume as we booked last minute it was all that was available.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the grounds were super close to the beach and had bbqs and firepits

The owner is extremely welcoming and helpful! We originally booked for two nights and extended for one more night, the room we where in was booked for the third night, he managed to move us to a lovely cottage in his other lot which are all cabins. It exceeded our expectations and we where so grateful for getting the room ready right away for us. He is always greeting you with a great smile. We will be staying there again in the future. Thank you again!

Bed is so so my friend feels comfortable here she is lucky. Bedroom Too bright for me sleep in. Hers is fine. Here feel no privacy outside for me doesn’t bother. Dishes not dry when we arrived so I had to wash and dry them it’s gross when water still on dishes on the shelves, need more hooks in the bathroom.

Love walk distance to beach and stores etc. like Cosy hotel. Kitchen in the hotel is bonus. Spacious bathroom. Tv have Netflix , and other shows is bonus for raining day. I love reading book outside.

There was no towel hanger in the bathroom.

Pet friendly. Simple and clean. We missed the glasses but all went well. We could get extra towels and pillows without any cost. It looked we were at a friend’s home.

We had a small issue with our room but when we spoke to the owner he was more than happy to accommodate us and give us another room, other than that we had a good time

The size of the rooms are perfect, it was convenient to everything and the owner was a very nice man. They had a couple of fire pits which was nice for night time. We enjoyed our stay

No dresser in the bedroom. Lost TV service at 10:00 p.m. Tuesday and had to connect with the office to reconnect the service. Too bad all that was reconnected was Roku so I couldn't watch Netflix or You Tube for the rest of my stay.

The bed sheets were smelly.

We were upgraded to a bigger cottage due to some problem with the room. TV was good. Room was good. It had fridge, stove and all the utensils one may require.

property had a smell when we first entered, like clothes that dried in an unventilated room. I thought the property was no smoking but people were smoking outside their rooms and the smell was wafting into our unit. no music/noise rule as well, the guys two doors down were playing music loudly after 10pm.

convenient location, it was a 12 minute walk to Walmart/Swiss chalet, and was across the mini golf place. we didn’t try walking to the beach from the hotel but for sure it wasn’t that far via car.

The light didn’t turn off fully and the rooms were not dark enough and we all had a hard time sleeping. The air conditioners in the bedroom were great but the main room was quite hot so one more air conditioner in the main area or some windows that open would be better.

The area for the kids to play was great because it kept them occupied so we could relax. Lots of space to sit, BBQs and fire pit. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We could not check in on time as the previous guests left late. So that was disappointing as we couldn't get into our room until about 7pm. Also there was a strong smell of smoke. I stated on the reservation that we needed parking for two cars and when we arrived we were told there would be an extra charge (but that was communicated ahead of time).

The location was excellent with a 5 min walk to the beach. The place was basic but had everything we needed for the one night. The full kitchen was great.
