Don't love the toiletry products The pool & area was not clean, however it was a very busy this weekend.

Room 1: was dirty. Hair everywhere on the bed and pillow. Hard to miss if the room was properly cleaned. Room 2 : was much better in terms of cleanliness but no noise cancellation. U hear everything in the hallways so forget about sleeping in or sleeping early.

We came to use the Waterpark. We had a lot of fun. The only disappointment was that the second slide was closed. The room was very clean and comfortable. We've been before for a waterslide getaway and we'll be back again.

Mostly the cleaning or the room . I found that it wasn’t cleaned well . The ladies didn’t go a good job .

Overall good experience but definitely needs to be updated. The water park was clean and neat . Rooms were neat but cleaning needs to be improved . We had our room cleaned but the blankets were left unfolded and it didn’t look very clean after cleaning service .

Was surprised there is no microwave and coffee machine was not clean so we never used it. Fridge is too small. Fan is dated and too loud and has an annoying click when launching. We had a corner unit I guess was loosing temperature fast so heater has been launching pretty often. Once we opened sofa bed, had lots of someones hair in it, wish bedding to be cleaned better.

Hard to beat that pool (water park), kids had lots of fun! Good gym! Good shower room! Room was nice and clean except the sofa bed.

I didn't like the fact that you guys have so many hidden charges that you didn't put in Booking.com site. It clearly says there that it was $446 including taxes and fees for 2 nights but when I checked my bank you guys charged me for $517.40 and when I talked to the staff at the lobby he said you guys charged for incident and damage fees. And I was like what the heck? For real? Cus i've been in so many hotels and you are the only one who charged those kind of fees as for different hotels they only charge if they checked the room and they saw some damages that's the time they gonna charge us. Well I just let it go but I will not gonna book again to you guys. Never ever. I'd rather go for air bnb rather than booking to sheraton.

I wasn't a fan of the location, but I should have probably researcher ahead. If you don't have a rental car, I would choose a hotel with access to the train. The water pressure in the shower was quite low.

There's no included breakfast, and I didn't patronize any of the on-site eateries. The location is only good if you have a rental car, don't mind Ubering everywhere, or are coming just to stay at the hotel without exploring the rest of the city much. The facilities are fine, clean, and staff is generally friendly.

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours during the night.

We stayed for one night before our flight. The hotel located in a short driving distance from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, very wide.

I wish they could extend the hours of operation for the waterpark since people / family could be busy in the day and won’t be back in the hotel by 7-8

Their staff are very friendly and helpful, especially for us travellers who don't know their way around. It's a very class place and I was a bit intimidated to ask questions at first, but everyone was very approachable. They recommended places we can rent cars from, good restaurants near the area, and routes we can take for transportation. Overall amazing stay for 5 days, 4 nights!
