While the hotel is being modernized, the rooms themselves are still dated like before when I stayed in 2019. Getting to the hotel is a mess because everybody was also trying to get to the mall. Parking is also a mess because it’s shared with the mall.

Well situated next to the mall. Foyer and ground floor amenities in the process of being upgraded. Good pool!

We didn't know that the hotel was booked by parents with kids attending some sort of hockey tournament. I wish they could have notified us in advance. My family weren't able to fully enjoy the hotel facilities such as the pool and sauna area, and the lobby and elevator area were just so loud and busy with kids running around and talking loudly.

I like that the hotel is just across from the Carrefour Mall and parking is complimentary. Both the lobby and our room look and feel clean. The lobby looks very nice and smells really good too. The beds were comfortable as well.

Overpriced and they ended up charging me 3 times over on my credit card and a one night stay ended up deducting $900 from my card and it has still not been refunded even after calling management and advising them of the issue They are treating this issue at the slowest of paces

AC is way too loud! We didn’t sleep well for two nights. We’re going to stay for 4 nights, moved out after 2. Not bearable. Earplugs are essential.

I asked the staff to resolve the problem, they come and turned it off . 2 hrs later, temperature inside room was 24 and continue rising, i woke up, turned on air conditioner and couldn’t sleep because of noise.

Very bad staff. Not professional. Air conditioner is working as if it is a generator inside the unit. Could not sleep all the night.

-the reception lady told me i did not pay for my stay although I fully paid online through booking.com -the office chair in the room not comfortable at all and had a back pain because of it -cannot open the window to breeze fresh air in the room!! when asking the reception the lady said you cannot open the window for security reasons!!!

noisy (highway nearby and badly soundproofed), old (blinds were stuck), smelly (cigarette smell in the non smoking room), pool is not made for swimming, but is indoor in the basement. location is just awful : middle of a parking lot, next to the highway and a mall, stairs feel like you’re gonna get mugged. Congress center is equally noisy (you can hear the music from the lobby), there are no bathroom in the congress center, they are in the lobby: forget a quick bathroom break during a presentation. so overpriced for what it is, it’s obscene.

Worst stay at a hotel I've ever experienced. False advertising during my booking led to complete disappointment. Wouldn't have picked this hotel otherwise. Almost slipped in broken glass twice in the reception area, wasn't even offered an upgrade for the room I never got, and the rebate offered to me was just insulting. Waited for a win bottle opener that never arrived

At the end of the stay, I was charged for a takeout that I did not request. The staff had to investigate and had me and my family wait for 20 minutes before they confirmed it was not my signature. Manager did not even apologize.

Lobby was newly renovated. Cleaning staff did a good job during the stay although I noticed some hair pieces in the tub when we first got there. Basement pool looked nice.

Noise from highway was very loud. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The linens were overly starched which made them scratchy and not soft or comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was so small the door needed to be closed to be able to sit on the toilet.

It was under construction which was not mentioned on the booking site. Only one elevator was working at times and very small so had to cram inside with the kids and other people just to go downstairs. Internet was difficult to connect to. Took over an hour to actually get a connection. Blankets in the bed aren’t comfortable. Feels like we were sleeping in paper. In the parking lot we found screws in our parking spot. Luckily not in our tires…

The pool area and hot tub. Also a huge mall is next door that you can walk to.

Excellent central location. Literally situated next to a fabulous shopping mall and restaurants. Beware though that the entire building is under construction and it begins early. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly and looked after our concerns. Would recommend.
