The refrigerator is placed inside a closet and you can't open the refrigerator the closet door hinders it This was not a deal breaker because we used the other room's refrigerator but it was a funny fail design.

It has a compostable waste basket. We got two rooms and we were given two rooms beside each other. We love their connecting doors. Health club accessible to all. The staff were really friendly and understanding.

Upon arrival they had not given me the right room I had booked with booking.com. But they fixed it immediately once I brought it up.

Not one complaint about anything.

I booked this hotel for my son and new daughter-in-law, who are on their honeymoon. The view was spectacular and the staff went our of their way to ensure everything was perfect for them.

Access to the pool from the south tower is through a maze. The rooms are pretty basic. The electricity sockets near the beds are hard to access. There is no light switch near the bed. You cannot stream content to the tv from your phone or laptop

Unfortunately, no microwaves in rooms..That $8.00 Starbucks breakfast sandwich just had to be cold..Oh, well..As MICK JAGGER once sang so proudly.."You can't alway's get what you want"..Neighbours on this floor, constantly slamming doors..

Falling in LOVE with this hotel!!..Ultra moderne at it's best!.Usually stay @ The Sandman over on Davie..They are STILL renovating that building..Going two years now! May try it once it's finished, in the mean time, The Sheraton Wall Centre is the place! SUPER CLEAN HOTEL..SO IMPORTANT, Especially now-a-days!!..We had the perfect room too!! 27th floor corner..STUNNING views of the North Shore mountains{still have snow caps}..UBER QUICK elevators was a treat..Shall be staying here more than not!!

it was too easy for children to spend money via tv purchases. they should have warn parents about such features. nothing was said verbally or mentioned in the Room Information booklet.

I found it was a bit cold with the air conditioner and inability to regulate the temperature in the room. Although when in bed it was OK

The location of the hotel was great and convenient Bed was comfortable Master light switch was a bit of a nuisance when in bed to turn off lights.

For the family room, I knew when I booked it that we would only have 1 bathroom, but it was rather inconvenient to have 5 adults share a 2 bedroom and 1 bath room. We had an encounter with another housekeeper who was very rude to my mom when she requested thay the sheets be changed. The vent in the family room was also a bit dusty. I just felt like downtown was very dusty and the rooms just triggered our family's dust allergy. It felt as of no matter how much Susan cleans the place it would be dusty again in just a few minutes. The place was also too dry, we were more used to a wet and humid environment.

I loved how friendly and helpful our housekeep, Susan S. was. She even helped suggest places we can go to. The bathrooms were clean and the bed linens were changed often so it felt nice and crisp.
