Room was starting to need some tlc (skirting board missing in places, chairs threadbare).

Parking was easy, check in was smooth. Staff were great and kitchen was well stocked with equipment.. Helpful to have a washer dryer in the unit.

The bedroom was a little small compared to the rest of the unit.

Very comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen and in-room laundry. Separate lounge room with electric fireplace and an outside balcony. Very large bathroom with walk-in shower a bonus. Underground parking.

The suite was dusty which could have been from work happening outside our lounge window. We woke up at 7:30 to 3 workmen right outside our suite windows. It all looks very dated and needs some refresh work. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain appears to have a blockage . The bath is so deep and has no rail to assist. We had a balcony but that was all cover in cobwebs and dust etc. the lounge chairs were no fit for use they need recovering or replacing. Also the fur rug on the bed is tatty and needs a new one.

The suite was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Free parking in underground carpark. Provided tea coffee washing up liquid dish washer tablets and washing powder and toiletries. Excellent location to explore from. Beautiful Mountain View from the balcony

Location a little out of the way. Hot tub was not working. Lighting in bathroom not very bright. Filling the tub from ceiling is slow. Beds a little hard.

The view was very nice. Nice size one bedroom apartment. Staff accommodated keeping us in same room when extra night was booked.

I wish that I was having a longer stay as the room would be very nice for a weekend of skiing or just site seeing. We had a wedding so it was just a bed really. It would have been nice to enjoy the room more. I really liked it and would come again for sure!

There was nothing implying this was someone’s condo. This was not a hotel facility and it was misrepresented. This should have been posted on a VRBO website.

We didn't see any way to turn on the fireplaces. But to be fair, we did not ask.

I didn't like the flooring in front of the bathroom sink. The raised stones bothered my feet. The air conditioning is very noisy and may need servicing. We didn't know that we had to squeeze the container for shampoo and body wash and just thought that there wasn't any until we spoke to staff and they showed us.

The kitchen was nice to have and the coffee was good. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice view. Having a separate couch in the kitchen was nice. I liked the walk in closet with plenty of space for our suitcases. The onsite restaurant is wonderful

The room we shared was tight for space and an odd configuration especially with the sofa bed pulled out. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well which is yucky. The armchairs were worn on the surface which degraded the sense of quality but they were comfortable enough.

I found the property clean and of a good quality without being fancy. Staff were good - casual and professional at the same time. The location is just off the highway but the sound was not an issue. The bathroom was huge!

We were on the highway side, so you car hear the traffic when sitting outside. It didn't bother us while inside. The mountain view is worth the sounds of the traffic.

The room was lovely and the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you may need. The bathtub is huge!! The bed in the suite was large and comfortable. The pullout couch was also queen size. I also love having a balcony. It was very spacious for 4 people.

Gym hours didn't open until 830am which didn't help early workout. Thankfully the janitor let us in a few times. Construction right outside our balcony the final days cut into our time out on the balcony

Location was amazing. The setup was phenomenal. Having a full kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Central and easy access to tons of hiking trails and the highway
