Bathrooms had mould, it was dirty. Property management was not easily reachable. They deducted unreasonable amount from deposit and never replied back. It is kind of one way communication and not appreciated especially when they keep $1000 deposit.

Asked for 5 beds to be made up, only 4 were ready. Only 4 double bedrooms, the 5th is a game room with a sofa bed, the other sofa beds are in lounge and dining room. Carpet on the stairs is very dirty and should be changed. Some rooms better than others, top 2 rooms very cold heating does not reach. The heating control system is very temperamental. Basement bathroom not heated, small shower and dated with a leak. Only one other bathroom with shower, a bit of a rush in the morning. Extended late check out only for 1 and 1/2 hr. (11:00 am to 12:30 pm). Not really sure if the Halloween theme will suit everyone outside the Halloween festivities. Looks a bit dark humour and the scull as a toilet brush is gross.

Large, comfortable house for our group. The beds were comfortable, the sofa beds less so. Seems to be well equipped in kitchen as well in other areas like good amount of towels, linens, hangers and stoves. It is in a quite road easy accessible but in a good position for bars and restaurants. Good for large parties. We did not cook or eat (only coffees and teas for breakfast) at home but it could easily be done.

Almost perfect, did struggle to find bedding for sofabeds and don’t think there was an ironing board.

Great location for access to downtown, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Decorated perfectly for a halloween stay with plenty of space for all guests, and enough amenities (inc. hottub) to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was simple and communication with staff was concise and friendly!

Stay away from this rental! The house gave us the creeps from the moment we stepped in. It felt like something out of a horror movie. To make matters worse, the owner charged us extra for 'leaving garbage behind,' even though we didn't leave any. Absolute rip-off. Avoid at all costs!

The hot tub was cold and wouldn't heat to a usable temperature. There were no guest towels, no flip flops, no welcome card or thank you card. This rental cost almost 600.00 dollars and there was no recognition or appreciation for the guest. This house is also decorated with ghosts making it feel haunted and very uncomfortable. I didnt end up staying the night and drove home.

Got charged for Damaging the hot tub outside which we never used. Didn't even open the back door to go out it was that cold. $250

Good location and clean, but taken away from all this is been charged for using a hot tub I have tried to point out that nobody was near the hot tub and I was in the house at all times when everyone was there so no one used it.

The place charged us a large additional amount for trash removal that did not appear in the rental conditions. In addition, the level of maintenance of the apartment is low. Improper electrical outlets in the rooms, a broken shower handle, the bathroom door and the shower unit do not close, the ceiling is peeling in the shower room. We called several times to complain and they ignored. We are required to collect all the towels in the apartment and wash them as part of the conditions of departure. The expensive price does not justify the apartment.

No assistance from Globalstay in regards, just lies to booking customer support and myself about the situation being handled. Lied to twice about the deposit cost as well. Would never recommend global stay properties.

threatened by staff about a noise complaint when there were only 2 people in the property and were not being loud. threatened to evict us and keep our security deposit of 1000$, which is outrageous. after we told them we would not be intimidated by them, there were no further problems
