The host mentioned in the description that the apartment had parking on-site, however that is not the case. The nearest parking spot is 10 minutes away by walk, and you must pay fortune in parking fees just to stay over for the weekend. I payed a lot more than expected in Uber rides from, and to my car as I was not able to walk in the rain. If you book this place, you need to be aware that parking will cost you a fortune.

1. The apartment needs more maintenance!! 2. The apartment is not prepared for 6 people, there is not a table for that amount of people for example. The apartment location it was so good 3. The cleaning was 7 / 10 points, I mean superficially looks fine, but when I moved the sofa I found dog bones, old stockings, and other dirty. 4. It was extremely complicated with all the key issues. The instruction sent by email as an attachment gave a parking address that wasn't on the building and I was supposed to park there, that wasn't clear at all. Only one pair of keys for 6 people was not enough! If someone were in the gym, no one else could go, because the first person was already there! the same if someone left for groceries no one else can leave the apartment because no one else can lock the apartment. When I sent a message asking for another key through booking no one replied.

The location was so good, I love the neighborhood. It was so quiet. The kitchen was very well provided

Having to give a photo holding ID a second time even though I could see the 1st one in the message thread. 20$/day parking fee Small for four adults when everyone was there at the same time.

As an AirBnB owner, I can confidently say there were several simple items found to be lacking in the apartment - especially considering the nightly price. For example, there was no kleenex or basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. There wasn't even a garbage can in the bathroom. As for the kitchen, the pans need to be replaced as they are bubbling on the bottom and cannot cook with them. Toaster was broken. As for cleanliness, there was hair on the shower walls, crumbs all over the kitchen counter, sheets/towels in the dryer with an overflowing lint trap and filthy glass on the balcony (which can easily be cleaned from the inside).

Convenient location! Newer apartment building with friendly security staff, close to all amenities including grocery store and public transit.

It says the appartment has 2 bedrooms and it is not true. It has only 1 closed bedroom and another bed is in the kitchen behind some curtain. There is no window where this bed stands.

The wifi never worked which made it really challenging to work and for some reason, even my phone (without wifi) wasn't working either. Als, the thermostat was stuck at 75 which made sleeping difficult since I'm used to sleeping in 67 and in late June, it was a bit muggy out. Also, be prepared to pay a security deposit via PayPal and submit your passport picture online. It was a bit unnerving.

Great location, centrally located to the Event Centre and waterfront. It also had a great bed! The building has nice amenities, pool /gym, but I never got to use them.

As it was an apartment rental, it was a little bit like Airbnb in that you were required to stack the dishwasher etc before leaving. There were also wet sheets in the washing machine when we arrived, so I put them through the dryer and folded them. Fire TV was not signed in or up to any platforms, but was linked to another prime account which made it difficult to sign into our own accounts. Optional on-site parking would have also been good.

Location was great with easy access to public transport and a supermarket and playground very close.

Toilets got blocked regularly. Air condition did not work and despite asking several times, nobody came to solve the problems. If these two issues would have been solved I would have clearly given a 10 for the place. Pity! Booking was very complicated.

The apartment was beautiful, nice furniture, very nice view. It was well enough equipped to cook. Owners were responsive but not very helpful.

Advertised as two bedrooms but really it’s one and the other room is in the lounge with a curtain. There was dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher and towels still in the dryer. I didn’t find the high cost reflected the stay.

Parking was too far away. We were told the beds would be King, they were Queen. The TV instructions did not match the set up. We couldn't get it to work. Lots of steps to book the room.

The air conditioning wasn't working at first. Bedsheets and towels we’re in the washing mashing when we arrived. One lamp didn’t turn on in the room.

Communication was an utter shambles and Booking.com were abysmal in allowing the hosts to demand personal info. When we got back, we were told that we didn't stay at the flat - we had - and that the booking had been cancelled. We then got the run around on getting back our deposit for leaving the property cleaner than when we found it. Booking.com short change us when returning the deposit (a 'cock up' between them and the hosts! and then went into robot mode when I asked for the rest back. Needless to say we will not be using Booking.com in future!

Very tedious check in process, but I knew this going in as I had stayed in a different globalstay property before, by myself. This property was portrayed as bedroom plus couch but the “bedroom” was separated by a glass door with zero privacy. Parking was allegedly “on site” but the instructions provided by the host directed us to a parking lot 9 minutes walk away. Found this to be dishonest and disappointing. Be careful if you are planning to drive. Although with the proximity to union station you can get around without a car.

Location was convenient, area was quiet. Washing and dryer in room and well thought out bathroom amenities e.g. razor. Kitchen sufficient and TV/internet was good.

It was my first time using Booking.com to book lodging so I got a little confused by the space I was ACTUALLY getting. Always double check which type of room you are actually booking. It was the smaller one from the advertised pictures so I wasn't sure which I was getting. Always double check or book the right one! I would've loved to get the one I was actually looking at in the pictures but should've double check to select the bigger rooms! Next time!

Very cozy and great for people travelling alone or couples. Great location near Downtown. The place was great and the host was very accomodating. I needed a late checkout and was easily accommodated. The place is easy to access even with the constructions going around the building. Everything is easily accessible from around this location. Thank you again for being so easy to communicate as well! Super quick replies to any questions!

First be careful as they’ll find a way to rub you with any excuse like you scratch their old furniture or bed cover !! Also they’ve very complicated and time consuming to check it as you’ve to check it by yourself, go other place to open a safe box to take the keys and go other place to get in !!!

Breakfast was not included. The Condo was located in a great area. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go.

I noted when I arrived that the bed sheets/duvet had marks on them, the bathroom tap was broken and the sink was blocked. I tried phoning the helpline to let them know but nobody answered. Whatsapped them also but nobody responded. Then they advise me after I left that they would charge me for the marked duvet, something which I was not responsible for and which I made clear to them. They still charged me, so I won't be staying here again ever. Really disapointed.
