Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNeeds more garbage bin in room only one and it's I. Washroom had to go to party no full length mirror in room only one short Washroom, needs brighter lighting for yr makeup application etc. Other wise it's a nice hotel. No breakfast served,no complimentary drinking water either in building.

CanadaI think they started to book out earlier than they should. Alot of work still going on in the building, dust here and there. Some light fixtures in the room did not work, some appliances as well. It would be a great one they are completely set up. For me there were not ready at the time I stayed

United Statesthere was no microwave in the room. The phone didn't work so i had to go to the lobby. I asked for a late check out and front desk was suppose to come to my room to confirm. She never did. However The staff in the morning were able to accommodate me and were very friendly. The room was described as a one bedroom although it's just a studio, but still very nice.
The value for money was great. Even though they were still going through construction the facilities was clean. The rooms where comfortable and i liked the kitchen. It was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

CanadaIt was midnight, I called for sheets, but nobody was there. And I have waited for 30mn and still nobody there. When I returned back to get my forgotten necklace, the operator wasn't so reactive and didn't know what to do. However, I told him that I called back, and they put it for me on the reception. Until I insist to call the employee who was there when I called, then he opened the drawer and gave it to me.
Renovated. Calm location. Near many spots. You don't lose your stuff. I forgot my necklace in the room, and when I called back, they immediately identified it and put it in the recption.

CanadaBrand new build. Could use another inspection for installation fingerprints on cabinet doors, a bit of grout on bathroom floor. Didn't phase us much, just a little detail.
Appt at Etobicoke hospital next morning. It is 2 blocks from hotel, so a great relief that there would be no traffic issues in morning. After a 7 hour drive it was fantastic to have 2 bedroom suite to relax in.sofa to watch tv, read. Didn't need to use the full kitchen, since only there one night. Full size fridge was great. We we able to refreeze our ice for cooler on return home. . Kitchen sink was handy too. Big island, and table and chairs to eat food we brought with us. Shower was great too.. this suite has a washer and dryer, and extensive closet units in both bedrooms. Plus a desk.. Directly across from FOOD WORLD. Lots of interesting food, snacks etc

United StatesThe place had only been open for a month and there were no cups for the coffee maker. The front desk brought them up to us. While we didn't need any of it, the kitchen had no utensils though I am sure this will be remedied. There didn't seem to be any signage showing the hotel. We just used google maps to the street address.
This "residence" seems to be geared towards long term stays, but for the one night we were there, it was perfect. The front desk was open for our 1AM check in, the two bedroom suite for my son and I was beautiful. Even though it had a full kitchen, we didn't use it. Starbucks is just around the corner for coffee.

CanadaThe so called hotel is a office building being converted into a hotel there was dust and debris on the floor. It is located in a congested commercial area. Had no signage to identify it as a hotel as displayed in their ad. It took me a long time to find it as I did not consider the under construction building to be the hotel I booked. I had two staff as I entered one tried to be chereful the other just stood there looking on a computer screne not a welcoming word.
