Excellent location, especially if you prefer to be on the quiet end of the strip. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and bars on the strip.

There is no AC. I had to leave the window wide open. Thankfully it was may and not August and nothing flew in the window.

These are very old buildings! Was surprised at age and therefore condition of facility. But….. cost reflected this and the room was clean. This is in Penticton so no fancy extras. That is ok. Great lication

It was clean, but had older carpet. It would be nice if they upgraded to vinyl planking or laminate floor which is cleaner. The TV was a bit small and older for the size of the room. Also, I forgot to ask for the WIFI password when I got there and when I went to use my laptop I looked for a card in the room with the password and it said to ask front desk, but it had already closed at 10pm so no WIFI for me.

The location was great, room was large and had a nice table and chairs set up. The booking and check in and out was very simple and easy. There was lots of parking available which was really nice.

Not enough hot water. Was a little dirty if you looked in the corners or under the bed. Needs a good spring cleaning.

Perfect for us. We had bikes and they gave us a main floor room so we could bring them in. Staff was wonderful and location was perfect. Really couldn’t have asked for more.

Very roomy and comfortable. Really appreciated the kitchenette, which was well stocked. The location was good and convenient, (we could bike from the lodge directly to the KVR trailhead for Naramata). Really enjoyed the view of the lake, and watching all the dog-walkers going by at the lakeshore park!

The bath tub had not been cleaned, it had a ring of dirt around the top and there was hair in the tub, and around the base of the toilet. Under the sink in the bathroom was water stained that had not been cleaned up. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothing as it was missing. The plug for the tub was defective and had a hole in it, which made having a bath difficult. The fridge doors were on the wrong way, making it difficult to access. The bottom cupboard door by the stove was coming off its hinges. The frying pan was in poor condition with a loose handle. There were no extra blankets in the room which would have made our stay much better. Even though I asked for a lower floor room, we did not get one. Being seniors is hard enough without having to climb a flight of stairs with all of our bags. I did send a an email to the Slumber Inn but did not receive a response back. I would have liked to have heard back from the facility with either an apology or a plan for betterment of Room 235.

The yard, The parking and the room was clean. The room was quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable.
