Nothing to complain about. Slight gripe was having to input 6 figure code to gain access each time but no real issue. Like almost every accommodation these days we had a heavy doona with no option for a blanket instead. Again that's a first world problem.

It’s quite noisy, you hear your neighbors pass by and also the technical installations made a bit of noise.

The location is amazing, very close to English Bay, Stanley park and lots of small restaurants. The studio was equipped with everything you need and is super convenient.

Parking is a little steep, but that is an issue all around Vancouver.

Communication from Sonder about our stay and the check-in process was very good. Great location, once you spot the entrance and find the parking! Good amount of space in the apartment, huge bed. Sonder has carefully considered what is useful for your stay and then provided it in the apartment.

Lack of flexibility, you pay extra for ability to make modifications to your booking however you cannot make any modifications once there is 3 or less days left before your check in so if you have last minute changes to your trip, hotel will most likely not accommodate it.

It would be nice to have been aware of no housekeeping, but otherwise everything else was great!

The location was perfect. Tucked away from the main road but still very close. Walking distance to everywhere. The bed was super comfortable. The room was perfect. We loved everything about it. Be aware there is no daily housekeeping, but that worked fine for us. We very highly recommend Sonder at Revival and would love to stay there again.

It is such a peaceful spot despite being so close to downtown and English Bay. The unit was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The security also felt very comfortable. The Sonder app response to our questions was very prompt and helpful. All in all we loved our stay and will be booking again very soon. Thank you so much.

The initial room we were assigned to was noisy because of proximity to the building's HVAC systems. We raised this issue and got an answer (and solution) within the hour. Sonder charges for early check-in, even if it's only one hour earlier, which I found a bit tasteless (they do not charge you less for checking out earlier), though I understand it might be a usual practice.

Overall great apartment. Cleanliness was superb. Kitchen facilities were excellent. The staff was very attentive and responsive - Tatiana helped us immediately when we had an issue.

Just hope the computer system can be a bit more flexible, e.g. allow guests to check-in 30-45 minutes earlier especially when the guests arrive the location. Please consider.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and supermarket, particularly close to Stanley Park, just about 5-minute walk. There is a frequent bus, no. 5 that goes to downtown that can connect the YVR airport and other main tourist spots.

I had around 6-8 tries to pass the verification. The staff saw what the problem was from the first try, but they didn't tell me until the 6-8th time. I also do not like the way they collect the pictures of your face - that's too risky. I will be exercising the right to be forgotten with them. Also, I couldn't use the bathroom towels at all. They were covered in brown and red stains and looked pretty ugly. The bedsheets looked fresh but my skin got clogged after every night. I'm not sure if it's the bedsheets or maybe city exposure. The shower is pretty old, the switch didn't work properly. The cooking stove was heating everything extremely slowly even on the highest power - it was easier to boil water in the electric kettle.

The location was good, the bed and kitchen were okay. It was quiet outside and inside.

The only thing is it's a bit noisy. The rooms are as insulated as they could be. I had noisy neighbours up until 2 am and could hear them talking and moving around. There is also traffic and outside noise. Some people might not even notice it, but I am sensitive to noise. Still I would stay again because everything else is amazing.

I love the location, there is everything you need close by. The rooms are well thought out with everything you need. It's great to have a full kitchen. Easy entry, excellent app. It's great. I've stayed here before and will again.
