The only complaint would be shower too gentle, not adjustable, and no enough towel racks/hooks.

Clean comfortable studio with full sized fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.. Equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, table for two, cleaning supplies. Clean bathroom and ample linens. Bed very comfortable. Blackout curtains, minimal noise from street or other guests. Very secure entry, especially at night. Convenient garage parking. Excellent location for sights, restaurants, groceries.

Parking , although it is right there under the hotel, is a tight fit with crazy turns. Not suitable for a larger vehicle.

This is an exceptional facility. We were very pleased with the extras- shelving, hooks, lots of seating and very comfortable beds. The area was reasonably quiet for a good night's sleep. We will definitely book again with sonder Rideau.

Live TV on Roku did not work for most of my stay.. I couldn't watch the news channel.

The games room meant only basketball

The place looks great: good design and comfortable. Nice people. We loved it even though we had a problem with heating systems they found solutions immediately and solved the problem next day. We would like to stay again at a Sonder property after this experience

The floor was not vacuumed properly, a lot of dust on the ground. The soap dispensers in the showers had some leftover hairs. Dryer filter was not emptied

Cons: Dispensers: The only downside was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower did not work.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Sonder Rideau. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Pros: Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, both upon check-in and throughout our stay. Internet: Wi-Fi worked perfectly, without any interruptions or disconnections. Amenities: The room had everything we needed for our stay, including dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, etc. All equipment was in working order. Staff: The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, always ready to help.

It's incredibly comfortable and has everything you need for cooking, which is very important to me. Cleanliness is also a top priority, and this place is a 10/10 in that regard. The bed is also wonderfully cozy.

The shower wasn't the cleanest but it was still better than other hotels I have been too. The gym was also a bit lacking. Most of the machines (treadmills, ellipticals, and the one bike) were turned off at least once. The pully on the weight machine also snapped mid workout.

I had never heard of Sonder before and I am so glad I tried their hotel. The location was great! Near all the tourist attractions, University of Ottawa, the Rideau Centre, and tons of food options on Elgin. The O-Train wasn't too far. All the staff were super friendly. Security was also top notch. As a solo female traveller I felt so safe even being downtown. My friends who visited were also very impressed.

The location is great! It's near the main sights and you can visit everything by walk. The app with the digital key is very convenient. The self checkin very easy.

Not enough shelving or hooks in washroom for storage of grooming products & PJ's/Robes

I liked that it was super clean & cozy. As a cleaner myself I enjoy a restful & clean place to stay. Parking was available right below building which was a bonus. Had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Coffee supplied was an excellent brew. It was in close walking distance to amenities.
