Great place. fantastic view and well organised host. neighbourhood not the best at night. You will keep hearing trains but you will get used to it. the VIEW will make you forget all. a bit complicated to find the garage if you have a car but the host is wonderful and the place spotless. so glad i found it as my wife wanted a normal boring hotel. the appartment has all you need and i even had my own small office to 'work'. highly recommended.

What I didn’t like about the property was the amount of noise from the street that you could hear up on the 31st floor.

I like the fact that it was a fully equipped apartment with everything we could need to cook a meal or watch a good show on Netflix.  I also liked that. It was very clean and the host was amazing.

Once you pass all the securities, it was great. A person was inside with the fobs/keys and made very easy for questions and such. They work with us and our scheduled, super nice hosts. I did not give it all the stars because we didn’t use the gym or pool. But all was great. Close to Gastown, Yaletown and Chinatown so the food is amazing. Also, drugstore and grocery store on the same block. Felt safe and my family was super comfortable. It had an Nexpresso machine.

Pool is in attached tower, requires moving to other building (30 foot walk outside through private garden/lobby area). Was not optimal during a cold rain but did not stop us.

View is stunning. Clean and comfortable suite. Location is amazing, directly above the Stadium-Chinatown station, one block from the 257 bus headed to Vancouver island. All amenities and multitude of restaurants within 2-3 blocks or less. Walkable to many local attractions. Very gracious host. Hot tub/pool/sauna area was worth it, we went every night. Would rent again without second thought.

The district is a bit dodgy. I never felt unsafe but yes there are homeless people and drug addicts around at night.

The place is just gorgeous, exactly like on the pics, and the facilities are great (gym, pool, sauna). Hong was also super nice and helpful.

Everything was ok

There we basic cleaning products to use for apartment, some basic condiments which was nice for dial up food and Hong the owner was regularly contacting to check we were ok.

No wine glass to pour my wine into & no ironing board or iron so had to use the drier to try & get some creases out of my shirt.

I loved the views on this wonderful apartment & spent lots of time on the 2 balconies during my stay. Access to the pool & jacuzzi was much appreciated & loved the bath & comfortable bed too.

This is actually a residential flat turns into commercial use for rent out purposes. The apartment is facing West and without any air conditioning facilities. As such, you feel burn in hell during the afternoon 4-7 pm in the Summer months. As such, we need to open window for ventilation during sleep due to the heat. You will feel sleeping in the street because of the heavy traffic’s noise particularly the adjoining sky train The Property advised us to go outside during afternoon 4-7pm to avoid the heat! When we checked in the Property, the guest toilet door lock is out of order. Upon request and produce evidence that the lock is not working then the Property send in handy man to fix Many of the power sockets are not functioning The worst is the this is a building well known for water leakage problem due to poor workmanship of the Builder All the bathrooms are water allergy- no water could be spilled on floor or else might lead to water leakage. There is no waterproofing to floor and wall of all bathrooms Shower could not be used in the master bedroom. We were woke up the second day early morning 6 am by the management claiming water leakage to unit below in the master as we used the shower in the first day. As there is no curtain in the master bath, it would then be natural for some water to spill on ground. But we have tidied up the spilled water upon finishing the bath. The Property then started to put water detecting devices in the bathroom. We received warning call from the Property for very small and tiny amount of water on the floor. The Property said this is a misconduct of us and suggest they may lodge a claim against us. This is a big laughing stock I ever heard of. Service unit for letting out to receive guests from all over the world should be fitted out to standards comparable to hotels. Water leakage wouldn’t happen in Ordinary hotel bathroom should you use the shower!
