Didn’t like the fact kids were in the adult pool for a couple of days. Gym is a little small and needs at least one bench to be effective for weights.

the location of the beach. we got confused on where the “private beach” located. also the parking at the beach is also confusing. they should placed more signs to where to go and park. although there is also a free shuttle bus for the guests convince, however we haven’t really tried.

rooms and amenities are amazing. great location. staffs are friendly and courteous.

We were travelling with 4 kids, the family pool area was great, they enjoyed the little water slide. Rooms were nice, having a full kitchen was great to do breakfast in our room and store all the fresh fruits/berries we bought from around town! Definitely will go again!

The toilets ran and we ended up having to constantly ask for coffee and items for the room

The resort was fabulous, loved the pools, walking trails, winery etc. The food was the best food we've ever had!

The pillows for me were a little too fluffy (just a preference thing). I will make sure to bring my own pillow next time.

The entire experience is amazing: venue/family and adult pools/service. I recommend it to all of my friends. This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this stunning resort, and we have already booked for next year. Check out this gem in Osoyoos!

Nothing all was top notch!

This was our first holiday with our children and their families all of us together, since Covid. We had a wonderful time and so relaxing. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and took full advantage of it. Our children had an enjoyable time and the rooms they had were very good. My husband and I had a great room overlooking the lake. The interior was updated and it was very well done. We had Room # 403, Desert Suites. We enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant. All the staff were very attentive. Check in went smoothly with "Ola" who was knowledgeable and very welcoming.

There was nothing that we didn’t like…

We have stayed at Spirit Ridge before and it has always been a very good experience… the property is very nice with clean public areas…I think they have to continually update the rooms….our bathroom was nice but on the verge of needing a refresh…the kitchen and living room space was very nice. the staff were very pleasant, helpful and well trained.

Our shower was wonky. The shower head could not be adjusted and we could not control the spray. This resulted in leakage from the shower door especially entering the shower. Created quite a mess on the floor. The wait at the front desk was long at times because some staff were in training and had problems with the computer system. The check in took a long time as there was a lot of instructions and information that was shared. The staff were, however, very friendly and tried their best to please.

We liked that the unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and living room. The bed was very comfy. The room had a peaceful outlook. Having underground parking close to our building was convenient. Enjoyed the views from the restaurant and from the property in general. The breakfast and dinner we had at the restaurant were superb.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom king penthouse with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen and bbq on the balcony. Everything was clean and comfy. Kids loved the pool. Not a whole lot of restaurant choices around, so having the full kitchen and grocery store close by was great. We can't wait to visit again.
