Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaI'm not a fan of having to have a butler come upstairs and show us the features we could just figure out for ourselves. I also didn't like how everything has been automated - you can't just turn a light on and off - you have to look at the switch with 5 things written and figure it out (not difficult just not needed). I prefer being left alone and this is not a leave you alone kind of hotel.
A beautifully designed hotel. The room was the perfect size, the bed was very comfortable, loved the turn down service and the motorized window coverings. Room service was very fast and the bar on the 31st floor had great cocktails! We also spent the day at the spa ad it was perfect!

This was our first trip to Toronto. We were so happy to explore some of the highlights of this city. The room was amazing. We splurged and made this a trip of the utmost comfort.

Nearly everything. Very good restaurant Louix Loui on the 31 floor. Fresh and comfortable rooms. A lot of elevators with low waiting time. Valet parking (fast & you could ask for the car simply scanning the barcode) Very good bathroom - beautifully designed and comfortable to use.

CanadaMy husband and I have been regulars at this hotel since it was called the trump hotel and we always had an amazing experience with staff, services and the amenities. This time the front receptionist wasn’t as kind, welcoming and I think they’ve stopped going above and beyond for their guests. Also, the shower had some hair in it, but I understand you can miss it by accident, but it was rather unpleasant. Usually the staff knows if I’m about to check in, there would be Diet Coke, some chocolates and a note from the general manager welcoming us, and I’m not going to lie, that was such a great personal touch, it’s what made us always come back. This time, there wasn’t anything, and I felt as though my loyalty wasn’t appreciated.

CanadaBreakfast ends at 11am the lady in the front told me they have finished and now they started the lunch ( it was 10h30 ) She finally gave us the permission to enter and provided us with a table behind a wall althought all the tables were free so we were about to miss the beautiful view from the 31st floor. The food was not that good as well! Paid more than 2000$ for really nothing
