The greeting staff got our room mixed up and tried to book us 2 rooms. Then they said we had to fix it on our own before 6 pm. We got the booking people on the phone they said have the hotel cancel it, then the hotel canceled it, ruined the entire trip for me Bed was way too hard, bathroom too cramped

We had one hand towel in our room when we arrived. We requested more and were given one bath towel each and no face cloths or bath mat. Breakfast was served by one server. We lined up at 8:20, made it to the front of the line by 9:00 and there was no juice left, only coffee, tea and warm bottled water, and no bagels and only one kind of packaged muffin. Being a vegan, the eggs and bacon were not an option, so breakfast was sparse that morning. Have a plan B ready if you’re looking for a hearty breakfast to start the day!

The room was spacious, clean, close to where we had made plans. The staff was very pleasant, even the breakfast server, under frustrating circumstances.

The breakfast wasn't very tasty. Hopefully it will improve when covid is behind us..We had to wait a while to be given extra towels.

The room was great, equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, friendly staff, appreciated having a 12:00 rather than 11:00 check out .

Only thing we had issues with was running out of things housekeeping would normally replenish during their rounds. Fresh towels, sugar/coffee for the room. We also had a large pile of garbage at the end of two days that I felt bad leaving behind for the staff.

Breakfast was more than I expected during the cocos restrictions, good job! Karen was amazing with my children.

Wifi didn’t work, tv didn’t work and when we went to ask at 5 they said they would send someone up. The door knocked after 9 when we were already in bed. The breakfast was ok, a little tasteless. The towels in the room were all stained.

The check in process took so looong since the staff is alone and there are other guests interrupting while reception is attending to me. No one can assist with our luggage - it is winter thus we need extra hand.

Broken windows, blood on the bed, stains on the bed, asked for a cot and they brought a mattress to on the floor, gave us a room that was already occupied, pool is ice cold, broken laundry facilities, dirty, garbage bags left in hallway

There wasn’t a lot to like about the property. The front desk person was pleasant and tried to assist. From the moment of checkin to the moment we left it was a train wreck. We left after approximately 2 hours and stayed at a different hotel.

Our room was super dirty. A dirt ring was around the full bathtub, splatters on the walls. The pool, though they said it was heated, was not heated and quite cold. My girls(1 and 4) couldn't stay in longer than 20 minutes and came out with blue lips. The hotel was mostly quiet except for the yippy dog barking at 1130 at night and waking my girls up

The staff was amazing, super helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. It had many options and satisfied everyone in my family.

Room wasn’t cleaned and beds not made whilst we were there for 5 days. Had to keep asking for towels and toilet rolls and hangers.

Good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. Beds were really comfortable and rooms have a small kitchen which is enough to make tea and snacks.
