Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaDespite a fire alarm situation, we didn't have any cons or issues during our stay, and we would really want to stay here again when possible. Side note - A 2% municipal tax was implemented from Sept 1, 2022.
This was a stay for 3 nights during the Labour Day long weekend. Smooth check in, extremely clean room, kitchen stocked with utensils as well as an Induction stove top, this made for a great and memorable stay. There is also a lot of parking space, pool, patio seating, mini mini-golf area and a gym. For anyone with infants or non-toilet-trained children, you are able to take them into the pool in swim diapers. Breakfast is 7am-10am, Pool area is open until 11pm, and there is a pantry with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

The breakfast was okay. The Staybridge breakfast was combined with the Holiday Inn Express leading to crowding in the breakfast area. The oatmeal fixings were nice. There were lots of healthy options as well. We loved our clean, comfortable room.

CanadaVery nice hospitality, staff was very warm and welcoming. We had taken a king room suite for 2 nights. Room was quite clean and spacious to my family's liking. Best thing about the hotel was it was sort friendly hotel and welcomed our dog with a cookie treat. The hotel is also very well located from all nearby spots.
