Breakfast was good. Pet friendly throughout the hotel. Two 50 lbs dogs were a non issue. Kitchenette was a nice touch.

Just needed to spread out the breakfast assortment and have more tables to sit at. It was a bit cramp when trying to choose your breakfast. The food was very tasty though.

The tv in our room didn’t not have a guide, and was pretty basic. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the room and would have loved to be able to stream some movies through our own services.

The room was comfortable, loved the included breakfast and that it had a pool. The staff was INCREDIBLE. So responsive when we had any issues.

The pool was freezing cold and the theatre room dvd players were broken. Bathtub was peeling badly and tub stopper did not work. No extra blankets.

Rooms are a little dated and some of the furniture have seen better days. The mattress was too soft ( memory foam top) for me but my friends loved it. Our room lacked a toaster but I got it sorted out at reception. The space where you can have breakfast was not cleaned when people vacated their tables. We had to clean the surfaces ourselves.

My friends and I had a great time at Staybridge. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Beverly, the front desk staff, was very kind and accommodating. We initially booked a smoking room but asked to change to a non-smoking room later. Beverly helped us move to a different room without any trouble! Thank you for your hospitality :)

The house keeping staff should atleast clean on a Saturday. Not having housekeeping for 2 days Saturday and Sunday is a bit of a problem not keeping the room tidy.

The breakfast was good but then they start wrapping up 5 mins earlier . The timing was 6.30 to 9.30 they start winding up by 9.25. Asians usually come in around 9.00 to 9.15 for breakfast and this point should be considered.

shower curtain was smelly - really smelly. staff immediately came to the room and changed the curtain.

great location. breakfast was very ample and staff quickly refilled empty platters. very easy to obtain hot water during the evening for tea. the suites are very comfortable and large. we were 2 people per room. room was very clean and bed - king size - was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and accommodating. great parking facilities.

Friday night the gym and main floor was overrun with unattended, louand rambunctious kids.

Very close to conference centre, decent kitchen and gym. Also a lightly stocked pantry for purchase ( heavy on alcohol)

Didn't wake up for breakfast considering the suites don't have real doors, just swinging doors that don't lock. Being up with an infant, you don't expect to have to use their diaper bag to block the doors from swinging when the AC cuts on. Their wasn't enough towels and when asked, they said '30 minutes ' and it never came. Wasn't throughly clean. Pool towels weren't refilled. Wouldn't stay here another night.

Didn't use the kitchen or fridge considering not staying more than one night but did use the living room for its space. It was a very great amount of space. The two beds made the room spacious but cozy and you could walk around both beds. There's a cute older radio on the nightstand and the mirror and sink were perfectly long. The toilet height was great for kids and the shower having normal product size shampoo, conditioner and lotion attached to the wall was great as we used the pool. The pool was warm and the air inside was warm too. It was a great experience for the kids as they got to swim for a long time undisturbed. Great fun one night stay
