The location was off of Clifton Hill but an easy walk. We walked to Skylon and Casino Niagara which took about 20 minutes. Clifton Hill was about 10 minutes. The staff was excellent. Greg at check- in was fantastic- made us feel at home. Breakfast was wonderful as was the room. So relaxing and a special stay for us.

After we checked in around 3 p.m., we went down to the restaurant for a drink and it wasn't open. Found it strange for that time of day

Our room was clean and spacious with the fireplace and very comfortable bed. Hot tub was a nice addition to our stay. We liked the breakfast served in the room.

Amazing breakfast- good service. Originally booked the steam shower room but was switched to jacuzzi room instead. Would have preferred the shower. Everything else was good

The staff at both arrival and check out were so friendly! The room was amazing - the fireplace was awesome, the bed was so comfortable. The steam shower, wow! Loved it! If there was a way to take that shower home, I would have lol. We had planned to walk to the casino because it’s so close but had unexpected rain… no big deal, it was only a 2 minute drive! Breakfast in bed in the morning was a really special touch!

Only negative, the spray they used to refresh the room. I have a very sensitive nose so I found that the scent was a bit overpowering.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The fireplace and 2 TVs was a nice surprise. The only issue I had was that the bed was high so that I had issues getting in to it as I am only 5 ft tall. lol The simple breakfast they delivered to our room was perfect to start our day with.

The living area was slightly worn and could have been a little more comfortable in terms of furnishing but overall, it met all my expectations and o had a wonderful stay.

The accommodation was huge for just myself but it was a good price and a great location. I received a very warm and helpful check-in. I was able to book in slightly earlier but was told that my bag could be stored there in any case which was very helpful. Would be perfect for longer stays as it is well equipped with a fridge and small kitchenette. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed breakfast in bed after a busy day the day before travelling from Toronto and fitting in as much as I could. The weather was inclement during my stay but it was a cosy place and they had nice touches like a fireplace. The bed was huge and it felt a luxury. I would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. We really enjoyed the free breakfast that was delivered right to our room! The location was great as it was right off the main strip so we got to walk to our activities but also enjoyed quiet time in the evening. This place really made our trip to Niagara falls extra special.
