The bed was really firm which I didn't care for but my boyfriend liked. I suppose this is a personal preference.

Rooms were huge, bathroom excellent with beautiful shower and a jet tube I could swim in! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. We didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurant but all the cab drivers and Uber drivers we had raved about it and that it was #1 in Niagara Falls. You can easily walk to Clifton Hill or the falls from this location. It was very cold the weekend we went so we opted for the cabs or WeGo bus to get around. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and attentive. The rooms were adorable, almost like a New York loft feel. Breakfast was fantastic, the croissants especially!

Mattress was quite firm. Much firmer than I would like but not uncomfortable. Channel availability could be better but not a deal breaker.

Got a room upgrade and it was stunning. The breakfast was simple but enough to get you started for the day.

The property is not in the most desirable area, though the property itself is very desirable. Lots of parking lots and empty spaces mixed with large, unapealing buildings.. so don't expect a five star view... more like 2 star. Also expect to walk at leat 10 to 15 min to visit popular destinations in Niagara.

Friendly staff, very modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was perfect and brought right to your room. Great shower, beds were comfortable as well. Very clean. Five star service, dining and spa.

Great location - walking distance to the Falls! Room was amazing! Loved the rainfall shower & huge jacuzzi tub! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch!

This property totally exceeded our expectations. Our room was fabulous with gorgeous decor and a fire which made it so homely. The shower was fantastic and even had jets. We were lucky enough to be treated to a glass of sparkling wine at check in and the following morning we had breakfast delivered to our bedroom. Service was exemplary.

Only complaints were that you could easily hear the room.above constantly walking on the floors and the price was a little high for the facilities offered.

Large rooms, we had a vaulted ceiling. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast in bed was awesome.
