Bed was pretty hard and the hall doesn't look as updated as the rooms. Been a long time customer of the hotel.

Easy check in and check out. We managed to get a free parking spot.

No parking at all, you would think the hotel would have something people can put in their dash to cover the meter fees from 9-11. Real nice having to rush out first thing in the morning so I don’t get towed. Also, having to use an ATM to spend $2.50 to buy a criminally priced $3.00 bottle of water is absolutely ridiculous. Room was alright, but very overpriced. Neighbor checked in at midnight with a small dog who immediately woke us up and instigated our dogs through the shared door between the rooms through the night. No rest and I paid $300 to spend hours calming my dogs down.

The laundry machines on our floor were not working. Did find another one but the front desk had no detergent left so we could not do laundry without purchasing it at a grocery store.

Poor for the money. We had to ask and then wait for food. You could add more selection of stuff like yogurt.

Other guests were yelling loud coming down the hallway during the night ( however it was rendezvous) so probably why. As someone who stayed with a small child I also wish the doors had secondary chain locks on the inside. ( first hotel I’ve stayed at without a secondary lock, easy for kids to open the door.)

Clean room, felt safe, friendly staff.

Staff at this hotel was very accommodating. Expected better and more consistent wifi performance. Did not have wifi in our room for over half our stay. Staff tried their best to accommodate, however, to no avail. Would hope to see improvements in wireless services. Shower curtain needed replacing. Upgrade needed. Other than the above noted concerns, everything else was fine. Enjoyed the food and service in Tony’s lounge. Great meal. Great service!!!!

It was all fine. We each had one pillow, i tend to expect and use two, and the floor was a little tilted, but it was a very clean room and we were comfortable.

the location was very central to everything in Whitehorse. We were able to see a lot just by walking around. There are many meters downtown so it was very convenient to have a parking place.

The room was small for 2 queen beds at 265 a night- who can afford a night in a hotel?

Buffet was cold but good variety of food. Everything was fairly fresh and new.
