The breakfast was great, the hotel is centrally located betw. Abbotsford BC and Lake Louise. On our way back from our Alberta hiking trip we stopped there again overnight and the person at the check-in counter saw I was limping a bit and he gave us a downstiars room, instead an upstairs room, which was helpful to me.

Shower head had a very high pitch screech while it was running. air con was super loud and at time vibrated roughly.

No comment everything is excellent.

Room neat and clean, bed soft and comfy with plenty pillows. It is very nice of them to add an extra zinc for a boiling and drinking water. Breakfast was superb with plenty of option from hot to cold and the addition of gluten free option is really nice.

It was 30 degrees out and the room was hot! The small AC had a hard time keeping up but it did cool down at night, and could open a window.

Breakfast had a large number of options, even for diet restrictions. Beds were comfortable, simple and modern decor. Enjoyed the outside hot tub with mountain view.

Our room was quite small but comfortable. (517) Glad we were only staying for one night. There were families with young children staying here as well, so there must be rooms of various sizes.

Breakfast buffet was very good! Lots of options - they had everything you could want for breakfast. Best one on our trip to BC for sure.

The room was small, somewhat dated, and had a weird smell. Even though the room was small, the AC unit was barely able to cool it down.

The breakfast was phenomenal, maybe the best I have ever had in a Canadian hotel. The hot tub was nice. The person at the reception desk was very friendly.

This is an old hotel, with thin walls and ceilings. Can hear everything what's happening above or beside you. Especially people walking upstairs - really loud.

The lady at the reception was great. The hotel overall is very clean. Hot tub was very nice. Breakfast options were great as well, the waffle maker was our favourite!

Whilst the breakfast was great our only complaint would be the amount of single use plastic used. Though better than other facilities (we stayed somewhere after that used plastic plates and cutlery), it was still a shame to see so much waste. COVID might have played a role in this, but considering everyone touches the drinks dispenser it seems strange to have single sauce sachets and not a bottle. (This is literally the only complaint, everything else was amazing!)

It was on the outside edge of town, which isn’t a huge deal, since Revelstoke is pretty small.

We loved the modern look of the hotel, the hot tub with great mountain views, super comfy bed and an awesome breakfast buffet with a make your own waffle station. The whole experience was excellent value for what we paid. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
