A bit further to Fenelon Falls than anticipated. Nothing close by like a store or restaurant.

Newly renovated room. Comfy beds, big tv, microwave and mini fridge. Muskoka chairs on back deck off of room. Welcome snacks were a nice touch.

Cozy neat motel, with excellent room facilities. Perfect location right at Highway 35. Still a very quiet location. Recommended for a stay.

A little too far from town but not bad…10 min drive

The owner is so friendly & welcoming. We received a snack bucket when we checked in which was such a nice touch. Rooms are modern, clean & comfortable. Shower is amazing with good pressure, beds are comfortable & has a patio door to nice backyard. We will definitely be back in the nicer weather to enjoy it

Should have personal fireplaces, even the common fireplace was not operated, which was a disappointment as it is winter.

Newly renovated, there is no breakfast included but we got some welcoming treats (bananas, protein bars, juice) there were also coffee and two bottles of water in the room.

I believe the person who checked us in was May. She was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were amazing and nothing was missing in these rooms. She even provided us with extra snacks. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic value for money. A lovely view of fields out the back patio of the motel rooms. Fridge & microwave in rooms. Friendly welcome from the lovely owner and his wife and staff. I don’t usually stay in motels, but this was a really pleasant surprise!

The motel has a great central location to Coboconk, Burnt River, Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon and lakes galore! The motel has all that you need. Spacious rooms, kitchenette, comfortable beds, quietness, beautiful bathrooms, spacious back yard for yourself and pets. Very polite and friendly staff.

The owner and his wife are kind, welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spotless and newly-renovated. Rooms have a walk-out back patio which looks out onto acres of open fields. Excellent value, and professionally run. I highly recommend this motel - one of the best I've stayed in.

Everything was great. They could not do better.

The room was renovated and had a nice smell, the bed was comfortable, and 2 extra pillows smelled nice too. The bathroom is updated nicely, and clean. We got a nice thoughtful welcome gift from the owner.

Sorry, I couldn't find anything not to like. Everything was supplied so there are no complaints.

We didn't have breakfast but we were so impressed with the room and the staff. The room was immaculate, the patio was very welcome as we had a dog with us. Everyone was so friendly. Grounds really nice. Looking forward to next year.

I personally have no complaints.

Me and my buddy were touring the Kawartha's on our motorcycles and motels were scarce but this one had rooms available. When you first see the motel you can tell this is an old type motel. The outside looked well taken care of. What a pleasant surprise when you enter the room. It looks new fresh paint, hard floors and a new bathroom. The owners are super people. My wife and I will be touring the Kawartha's when the leaves start to change colors and I hope there will be a room at this motel available. Great place and great value you won't be dissatisfied.

It’s super clean and I’m really fussy. I loved that there was a big property behind the unit so I could give my dog a good walk. It’s on the highway so sone highway traffic noise, but overall, I loved it for the money spent.

Rooms were all new, well decorated, and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Back Patio was great!

Outdoor chairs on the deck were not comfy , wobbly plastic, but can’t complain cause most hotels don’t have a deck
