The bed make noises when you move. The biggest issue will be the drapery which not being installed correctly (there's space on top and side of it) and the room become very bright in the morning. Pretty slow internet.

Staff are friendly and the room is big (can fit 4 people easily with 2 double bed). Location is about 10 minutes drive from the downtown area. Also close to Food Basic, Tom's Place (bar), McDonalds, A&W, etc.

No clear signage when you pull into the parking lot. No distinctive main door. No ramp to bring in luggage. had to go up stairs. Outside Front entrance needs some work done.

The elevator was being repaired, so taking heavy luggage upstairs to our room was difficult. And no one told us the elevator was fixed the day we checked out, so we ended up carrying all our luggage downstairs. Also, when booking, it should have been clear that we would be charged an extra fee for the kittens we had.

parking seems a little insecure. staff wasn’t trained properly. the whole bathroom was renovated except the bathtub, they left the old one. room cleaning wasn’t done properly. staff couldn’t send someone as no one was available for housekeeping

tv not working then switched rooms and very warm in the room. maintenance came to look at it and disappointing that there was no breakfast. we stayed in sept and there was a breakfast.

Walls were thin- we could hear the couple in the room next door. The building that the hotel is part of is quite shabby (closed storefronts, broken pavement). Neighborhood is probably not the best.

We were greeted by very friendly staff. Check-in was quick & easy. Décor was current and pleasing. We were pleasantly surprised that we arrived on an evening when the hotel sales manager had arranged a cocktail party in the lobby. It was great to have a free drink & snacks upon check-in. If this were a regular feature, we'd easily recommend to friends looking for accommodations in Kingston.

when I showed up in the room there was explosion diarrhea left in toilet , unflushed. the whole room stank! noisy between floors and rooms. No room service for multi night stay.

The bathroom is bizarrely laid out - there's a huge low-flow showerhead in a tiny tub, with half a shower door (there's no way to completely close the door), made it hard to get in and out of the tub. The toilet is right next to the shower and there are two sinks for some reason - it feels like space is not used effectively. Overall, the feel is of a budget motel (this place used to be called the Peachtree Motel) trying to be reimagined for trendy travellers.

The room was comfortable and clean, although very narrow. The location was ideal for our purposes, although if you're looking to visit downtown Kingston on foot, it's a bit of a walk from the hotel. We were glad to see shampoo and shower gel dispensers rather than little bottles. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what it is - you'll get something fresher at one of the nearby fast-food places, although the convenience is great. We did not try the bar, although the drinks sounded delicious.
