Wish the room had a TV in it. Was a little warm with no AC. Wish it had more than just the ceiling fan.

Disappointed to miss the second day breakfast, as one of the main reasons to stay here, however Sunny had an early appointment and in agreement with us left us a small packed breakfast.

We loved the personal service offered by Sunny, the wonderful breakfast including mixing with other guests at the same table, and the location - away from the strip mall but close enough to restaurants and attractions ( 15 min walk to restaurants or 3 minute walk to the Wego bus stop)

The parking was weird when you’re coming in by GPS. I actually pulled in the neighbors driveway! The thing is the front of the house is around the corner, and when the GPS tells you to turn into the driveway, it is at the side of the house, so if you have an idea of what the house looks like from the app, it kind of throws you off a bit. But honestly, I have no complaint, just something to be aware of :)

The room was so quaint, the owner was accommodating and sweet! I loved the location, nice and quiet. The breakfast was well balance and hot! Plenty of food, and again accommodating when it comes to allergies or preferences!

Charming lil house, upon arrival spring in bloom ,pretty house. Beautiful inside and upstairs room so cute. Twin beds ok size.Impeccable taste in decor ,my favorite. Quiet and small deck at back for warmer weather.Our host just the sweetest and her breakfast-fabulously filling. Dining room elegant lots seating. Rooms very clean and small desk available to write or lap top plug in. 3 rooms available. Stayed only 2 nights but within 2min walk distance to WEGO stop. So much to say but Thank-You so much Sunny. It’s 15 min walking from the actual falls, the bed is sooo comfortable, had the best night sleeps, Sunny’s breakfast was so amazing and she was so welcoming and nice, everything about it is just great!

The property was very clean great location and super comfortable. Sunny our host was very friendly, courteous and very easy to talk to. The breakfast in the morning was delicious we will definitely stay at the bed and breakfast again in the future. Way to go sunny and thank you for a great stay

The host was fabulous, property is small but cosy and very welcoming and clean. Sunny cooked a fabulous breakfast for guests and we enjoyed the company of other guests. Easy, 15min walk to Niagra falls. Would recommend and will 100% stay here again.

This bed and breakfast was very good value for money. The prices at other hotels the night before the solar eclipse, were way too expensive. I really liked the quiet location and great breakfast as well.

Some people might find the washroom to be small. It wasn't a big deal to us.

Sunny was a great host! She was warm and friendly, and saw to it that our one night stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. She even provided vegetarian options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this BnB to anyone wanting to stay in Niagara Falls. The location is perfect too. It's only a short 15 min walk along the water to the Falls.

Nothing I can really think of. It’s probably more a personal preference, but the pillows were a little bit too high for me :)

Great location, clean, friendly service, and good value! The breakfast was a lovely touch and we were able to walk easily to the downtown area as well as the go train/bus terminal. Sunny was very friendly and helpful during our stay!

My bathroom wasn’t in my room, but it wasn’t shared. Also, the vents in the kitchen and bathroom seemed to not exhaust because orders would linger for awhile. This was true when Sunny was cooking bacon.

I liked that the B and B was close to the falls and thus, my pick up by shuttle for further travel. I also liked that the breakfast was a nice, hot breakfast.
