Recommend they leave a pint of milk and cream in fridge. Room was quite hot but they helped adjust thermostat.

I had a bit of an issue with the lock - the entrance door is code based and I had to punch in the code a few times for the door to open. Eventually it did. Maybe something to look into. Apart from that - all smooth.

I stayed in the top floor room with a bath and shower. It's peaceful, spacious, well designed, clean. Instructions were clear, a kind lady who owns the house showed me in and explained what I needed to know. I would describe this accommodation a townhouse, converted in a few self contained apartments, with the owner living on the site. It's 5mins walk to the beaches and very convenient to get around. I did appreciate having filtered drinking water and the kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for this pleasant experience.

Very easy to book and access - instructions very clear. Eugenia was lovely - she let us in and showed us the space and made sure we knew all the details. It was very clean and spacious. We wished we were staying longer and hope to come back in the summer to experience being so close to the beach. :) There were gluten free snacks which was such a nice and rare surprise - the towels were soft - the shower and big jacuzzi both were amazing. Thanks again!!

The washroom was located through the laundry and was a little difficult to access when dark and required in the middle of the night. Also being on the ground floor, the upstairs guests made a lot of noise, walking around on the wooden floor. I would suggest that there be carpet or rugs placed on the upstairs floors to reduce the noise of people walking around.

The location was great and as I was traveling for work, I did not get time to enjoy the location although it was close to the city where I needed to go each day. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities.

You are definitely staying in someone else’s house - this suite will not feel fully like your own space. There are 2 other rentals on the property, plus the owner’s living quarters, and you walk through a common room, upstairs past the owner’s suite to get to your suite. Sometimes I felt like I was sneaking by my parents’ room past bedtime! Lots of rules, which are all for good reason, but may rub some people the wrong way. This suited me just fine, don’t get me wrong - the place and it’s owner are wonderful! However, it may not be ideal for someone who is looking for total privacy. You should treat the stay more like you are staying with family than in a hotel.

Well decorated, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you would need plus more. Truly a “home away from home”. The owner is friendly, warm, and responsive, seems to take a lot of pride in hosting others, and genuinely cares about you being comfortable - I really liked her! The bed was so cozy and easy to fall asleep in. It was great to have laundry on the property (although in a common area). The location is perfect, and the neighbourhood is safe and calm - lots of families on the block and people walking out and about. Walking distance to shops, beaches, and transit. Easy to get downtown and to YYZ Airport.

Location was a stone throw from the beach and a park - perfect. Very comfortable, with a very good kitchen and bathroom. And the host was like a second mum, friendly, hospitable and very accommodating.

Heating was centrally controlled and kept a touch warm for me personally - although there was a ceiling fan I could use and balcony doors I could open, so I managed. The heating system sends gusts of air through vents in the floor to control temperature which is fine - but did wake me up on occasion when triggering in early morning.

Exceptional quality of finish in the property - beautiful space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely host and lots of extra touches. Lovely location near the beaches and close to TTC streetcar stop. Would stay here again without question.

We are travelling a lot and it’s one of the best place we’ve been. There is everything that you need and the guest is soooo nice. It’s a little paradise, calm and near the beach and some cool restaurants.

Such a lovely property. Beautiful inside and out. We have stayed in a number of different places in Canada on this trip and this was by far the best in terms of luxury and value for money, the owner and family were so friendly, responsive and accommodating when we had a few last minute schedule changes. Location was also great, really good neighbourhood with lots of great bars restaurants and most importantly the beach within 10 minute walk.

the hostess- while helpful, was EXTREMELY anal about making sure we didn’t make a single peep of noise. I was charged $30 EXTRA simply to park when it was made clear in the booking that parking was pre paid and available to me.
