I would like to see maybe some rooftop shade and the pool, spent a few hours up there looking over the city, but had no where to get away from the sun. Maybe consider some sails if umbrellas are appropriate. But love the property a beautiful place.

The hotel was very clean, it was in the best location centrally located to everything we needed to go to. Easy access, helpful staff. Loved our stay!

Room housekeeping service could have been slightly better - the bathroom was cleaned and towels and such were replaced daily but other items, such as replacing coffee pods and making up the bed were not done.

A good "downtown" location, convenient for restaurants, transit, shopping and general walking around. We felt safe on the streets and were not hesitant about going out in the daytime or evenings. The room (suite) was a good size for our needs (i.e. luggage, laptops, phone, etc. ) and comfortable day and night.

My only gripe is that the cleaner re-made the bed (and short-sheeted it) instead of changing the linens.

First off, the front desk staff was excellent: friendly, helpful, accommodating. Also, the valet guys were great. As for the room, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was really useful.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and the Metro. We love the rooftop pool as well.

- Very old kitchenette that’s enclosed in a cupboard. - The fridge didn’t work (disappointing because it was needed) - They had coffee capsules, tea, sugar but no coffee creamers or milk singles! (Called reception, they don’t have any either)… - On 20th floor but no view (somewhat disappointing) nor balcony - Very small bathroom and no counter space

- The property is situated close to the metro (stop Peel). - 5’ walk to bus stop # 747 (from hotel to airport) - Nice and friendly staff at reception - Beds are big and comfortable ! - Wifi & AC - Zante restaurant (Greek cuisine) was delicious!!

The hotel restaurant made me sick after eating the chicken wings and pesto linguini. I also booked the hotel due to the pool. However, a day before my trip, I received an email stating that the pool was closed. When I arrived the next day, the pool was now open. I didn't bring a bathing suit due to the information provided the day prior to arrival. The cost is not that much cheaper than the Ritz Carlton, and I would have just rather spent my vacation there since they are very pet friendly and accommodating. Even though I had a service dog, I was told I couldn't bring her to the restaurant to eat or to the pool area.

The hotel was handy to Mont Royal, McGill, the Beaux Art Museum, and for purposes of seeing the McGill encampment. NIce living room area.

Would have been nice to have had more that one pillow thickness as they were quiet large, all of them. Also very well equipped kitchen however didn’t seem to have any cutlery.

All was good

Nice clean hotel, write in the middle of downtown. Nearby metro station and walking distance to shopping street. Old town is about 20 minutes walk or you can take either metro or uber. A small kitchen in the room helped to prepare breakfast meal. It was clean, bright and spacious room
