Steps away from Whistler gondola and renter shops. The Black Pub downstairs serves quite good Japanese food among others. Very nice hotel staffs and they can keep your ski equipments downstairs. Daily room services.

The first night we had a room on the third floor directly above a pub playing loud music and people singing karaoke. After speaking with the manager, we were moved to the sixth floor at the other end of the Hotel. This room was lovely, very quiet and private, and we appreciated this very much.

The bar music is outrageous. You have been warned. I also feel a hotel of this cost should provide some type of substantive breakfast for guests. If you want complete privacy, the double suite windows facing the village are not the right choice for you.

The parking is easy-in, easy-out. I also enjoyed the free ski storage that allowed guests to drop off equipment and then grab it in the morning before walking 100 feet to the lift line. Easy. The double suite was awesome and offered us space to stretch our achey bodies after a day on the mountain.

The hotel did not mention the extreme noise of the Blacks Bar restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel. The noise of the music is very loud and dissipates throughout the room and I could not sleep. the vibrations of the music are felt throughout the room.

The beds were quite firm which made for a rough nights sleep as someone who prefers a soft to medium mattress.

Clean, well maintained, cozy ski lodge right at the Whistler base with very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were spacious and cozy and had full kitchen and an electric operated gas fireplace. Roof top hot tub was great after skiing!

The location is noisy - thumping dance music from The Longhorn starts at 10am and lasts until around midnight peppered with drunken shouts throughout the night. If you want peace and quiet, then this is not the place for you.

This is a beautiful and clean hotel in a fantastic location of being near the hill. The service and amenities were exceptional.

It is a little dated but we were over all very comfortable. The soaps that were provided I think were a little out of date or had separated with the cold & weren't great. (I really don't have much negative feedback)

The location was the best in the village. Close to everything you need & although being so central was still quiet & family friendly which we really loved. The room was so well equipped & exceeded our expectations absolutely.

One thing to be aware of when booking a mountain view room is that there is a fair bit of noise from nearby bars. This did not bother us and it quietened down at night.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Sundial Hotel. The suite was comfortable and well equipped for some basic cooking. The central location worked well for us, and the staff were extremely helpful. Thanks!

Parking was expensive. The heating system was messy and dated with PTAC unit in living space and baseboard heaters at bedrooms. This is fine but 20+ years old.

The Property is great. The location is fabulous. I wish they had a pool. Rooftop hot tub was nice.

The small bedroom is located close to some kind of pipe system, so you could hear humming at night when there is no other sound. Not a big problem if you fall asleep easily.

The staff was very helpful (Thank you Roxy and the front guy with dreadlocks - sorry, I lost your name card!). The apartment was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities you need. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The rooftop sauna was a surprise as we didn't expect it to be included. We booked the time slot but after us there were no other reservations, so we could stay longer than the 30-minute limit.
