The pool was closed for maintenance and the first room we were in had an issue with the hot tub. The staff was very helpful and fixed the problem immediately

There was an odd smell in our room, i noticed it when we first entered the room. I eventually put water down both sinks in the kitchen and that seemed to help.

Overall the room was clean, unfortunately the floors still had small rocks that had not been swept up. Pool towels should be larger than the tiny blue ones that are to be used.

Check in went smoothly, there was a line up would of been nice if 2 agents would of been working. There is alot of info that is stated, gets confusing trying to keep it straight.

The mattress in one of the bedrooms was horrible, it is in terrible shape as both people roll into the centre & it is very uncomfortable. The pool area is in desperate need of a change area. We had to walk outside to get to the pool area & there is very limited space for jackets, boots & a dry area to leave your clothes.

Overall the condo was great. It had sufficient cookware & plates, etc. The location is very good.

The SPA was not available which was the main reason for booking the condo. We should have been advised in advance.

Water park was next building and you need to step outside to get there. It was considerably warm night when we’re there, but can’t imagine going outside when it’s -20°! Wish there was a skywalk connecting these buildings! Gym wasn’t opening until 8am, that’s little too late for the early riser and also the treadmill was out of order…

It had everything you need to stay like home! Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Fireplace, Nice big jacuzzi in the master bedroom!!!

Calling reception - answering phone took very long (8-10rings... if it got answered). Inside apartment - doors are old and very loud. Everything seemed very loud. Note: Pool is at the hotel next door - meaning walking outside in weather. Pool/hottub were very busy during the time we stayed. Pool towels are tiny( a bit bigger than hand towel size). I would have liked to see actual pool towels. But you can ask for more at reception. We were going to wash out towels as it has a washer/drier in the apartment but the drier was full of mold. Blinds in livingroom were broken.

Front desk staff very friendly. Nice apartment - older but nice. Big balcony woth a view of the mountains anywhere you look. Washer/drier combo ( but our drier was moldy) Great game room. Indoor parking easy accessible (code on the card was wrong).

Pool, hot tub area were packed, noisy and a little unsanitary. Not relaxing at all. Small things like toilet paper and tissue quality - very low.

Suite was spacious and clean. Lots of bright light and well equipped. Location was great.

The pool is not a direct access, you need to step outside and overall small, not practical for a swim. The bassin that goes outside is nice except you are surrended by hotel room looking at you. So the view could be better, no view on mou tains like i was hoping

It would have been nice to have one more easy chair. Extra pillows would have been nice for the pullout bed.

We were 5 women on a girls getaway. Loved the two full bathrooms ... kitchen was nice. Nice couch and chair. Loved the key code access. Spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded.

There is a warm pool, we really enjoyed it . we stayed at Sunset resorts for 3 nights and we went to the pool twice.

Door to unit was difficult to open. 5 o’clock check in.

The unit was clean and staff were friendly. Location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown.

Check-out at 10:00, too early, specially because the check-in starts at 17:00. Location is good but to get into downtown it’s a 10-15 min walk.

Super clean, lovely and very helpful staff, comfortable beds, easy parking.
