The hotel is on the edge of a very quiet bay, quiet and with beautiful scenery. It just happened to be a rainy day when we went there. We didn't go out..but just enjoying the clean and comfortable place,The staff gave us a free upgrade, very nice trip.

Manager Zeb was very friendly & offered great suggestions for places to visit. We loved having our morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the marina.

The amazing location together with the friendly staff and the various extra amenities make this place a perfect spot for a family getaway. We stayed in the executive chalet and the unit was perfect for our needs. The many amenities including the steam shower and jacuzzi made our staying special and relaxing. It’s the second year we are back and everything met the expectations. We rented a boat to explore the area by the water and that was so easy and well organized that we ended up doing it again the second day. There were also some nice new adds to the playground that made my kids so happy. We will be back for sure in the future!

Property is on multiple levels with many stairs down to water level, Main building has an elevator but some individual rooms could be a hike. Lack of a restaurant , or breakfast room was disappointment.

Very attractive location, helpful staff, well maintained property. Parking was convenient for our stay early in the season. Companion animal friendly and kitchen well equipped. Very enjoyable.

A bit more of a divider between units on balconies would help. Maybe about 2 feet from wall outward would be good. A dedicated smoking area farther away from units so the smell doesn’t drift in.

Loved the Sunshine Coast resort. Certainly a hidden gem close to Madeira Park. A great place to relax and unwind in a totally unspoilt place!

The property is beautiful. Stunning views of the marina. The staff are so kind & helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the little playground & ping pong! Would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer.

It would be great if the property was equipped with basics such as oil for cooking but not a big issue

The view was amazing, right beside the sea and close to Madeira town. The suite was well equipped and hot tub was an added bonus!

The bed we had was very soft like the mattress had not been changed in many years.

It’s a bit far from restaurants and the restaurant around close quite early.

The staff is super welcoming and very helpful. The hot tub with the view is amazing. The room is nice, I’ll definitely go back again.

The beds are tall! I'm short. It was interesting to get in and out. Comfortable though.

My ground-level room had a nice view of the harbour and the boats. The spacious apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Ground-level is two floors down from the lobby because the entire facility is built into the hillside. It's not a problem as there is an elevator for ferrying luggage up and down, however, if you want to explore the facility at sea-level, there are numerous stairs to navigate. Good for your leg muscles!

The main building is a bit dated, so if you want ultra modern amenities, perhaps this isn't the place for you. But it's still a great place to stay.

Lovely well maintained and spotlessly clean. A stunning location, truly idyllic! Super friendly helpful staff who really went the extra mile for us! If you want beauty, comfort, value for your money? Then this is the place.

It was a great experience, I don't have any constructive criticism.

Everything went well from the moment we arrived to leaving. Dustin was welcoming and friendly -- even suggested where to go for dinner if we didn't make plans. The service was great and made you feel like a valued customer.

We didn’t have any issues but if we wanted to make a full use of the kitchen, some tools/cutlery would have been missed. However, given the support we received from the desk, I would not anticipate any issues if we had to reach out to them to solve the problem.

Location is amazing, just in front of the bay, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They accommodated for an extra bed when we arrived and provided insightful information about the surroundings.

The location was fantastic, offering a wonderful view from the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious bathroom added to the comfort. Zeb was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice on hiking and running trails, as well as suggesting hidden gem destinations to explore. We also took advantage of the discounted kayaking offer for guests, which added to our enjoyment. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning this summer, and hopefully every year thereafter

There was a dog hanging around unleashed (with one of the workers), that didn’t seem to be fond of the other people. The person did ask if we were afraid of dogs or uncomfortable with it, so I assume if we were, it probably would’ve been leashed.

Location is absolutely amazing, it’s so peaceful and quiet there! Fantastic views out of the window. It’s a great place to relax and recharge. Some rooms even have their own grills.
