The only complaint was maybe the building needs some updating .

Did not know that when staying at super 8 that parking is extra , was a little dissatisfied having to pay to park my truck after l just paid to stay there and the next parking lot was cheaper

Somebody throw nails on the ground where we park our car (3 cars in a row)good thing we noticed it so before we drive off we spent time picking nails.

The breakfast area could be more ample in size-- it got very crowded very quickly due to the small space.

Excellent location and proximity to the Falls (about a 10-minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options along the way)! The room and facilities were comfortable and accommodating.

The hallways were dated and dirty. But the room itself was nice. The coffee machine in the breakfast nook was not great. The coffee in the room was better.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Our suit was perfect for our family getaway. The option for a continental breakfast was nice.

Breakfast room was in the basement and was very cramped. Staff there quite grumpy. A bit noisy at night.

The room needs refurbishment. The place looks a bit run down. The breakfast was not upto standard. They hardly had any options other than bread and croissants. The staff serving at the breakfast had their own little gang and was busy chit chatting. I mean it didn't bother me, but they wouldn't notice the food needed refilling until someone points it out to them. Overall it's not too bad for a quick stay though.

Convinient location and it was comfortable enough for a quick stay. The front desk staff are nice and friendly and the check-in was easy and quick. Enjoyed a quick dip in the indoor pool! Thank you for having that facility.

I woke up with a swollen eye, from some sort of allergic reaction. The only thing I can think of is the detergent they used on the sheets. Not their fault, just annoying.

I like the privacy of the room and closeness to Clifton Hill, it was only about a 5 minute walk. The price to quality is unmatched in the area.

The free breakfast didn't have waffles anymore like older photos or like on the hotel room key. It also would have been nice if breakfast started a little earlier. The shower head had great pressure but sprayed water out the side of the connection which made the floor all wet.

The location was great, the price was decent, and the pool was warm. The staff were really nice too.
