I did NOT like the hours for breakfast as the had it from 6-8 and there was NO time to enjoy breakfast as some of the guest over over sleeper and will get up around 9-10 am before check out. The staff in the breakfast room did NOT provided me a fruit even thou the receptionist did approve to get a fruit for the circumstances.

I like the location of the area, Tim Hortons is located across and shopping center is 5 min away driving distances.

Hallways and stairwells had very bad smells in them, different bad smells in the different stairwells. The facility had a slightly confusing layout with not enough signage to help navigate. My room had some garbage on the floor when I first entered, one of the curtains was a little ripped on one corner, and the shower head didn’t really provide a great water flow. The price was high considering the facilities, but it was a busy weekend in the area with lots of hotels being fully booked, so prices were a little inflated.

The staff were very professional, polite and helpful for both check in and check out. Some of the furniture in my room had clearly just been replaced and updated, which was great. The additional facilities in my suite-style room were also appreciated, with the full-sized fridge/freezer, wet bar and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is old and run down. The room was dirty. I stayed 2 nights and maid service did a terrible job. Didn't clean the floor. Very disappointing.

I believe the place needs to be renovated, specifically the bedroom, the toilet paper holder was falling apart. At breakfast time there was an Indian man guarding the area, quite uncomfortable. Watching what everyone was eating and taking

That the staff couldn't do anything about people.under us partying.till 330 am.and threatening me and my girls. For 2 nights in a row. Staff was aware of the issues

- My room was upgraded to a king's suite with a soaking tub. The tub had a crack in it so I had to change to a Queen suite and that tub wasn't as great. It was a respite weekend for me and I didn't have the respite that I needed. - Having nothing to help carry my luggage into my room was a huge cause A lot of physical pain to me. Actually, I am disabled. I have health issues and not having something that I could use to bring my luggage to my room. Was a huge inconvenience but also caused me grave pain. And then when I HAD to change rooms I had requested help and nobody COULD to help. - The door that was closest for me to park too so that I can load my vehicle wasn't working It wouldn't unlock and I had to try to put something in the door to hold it open and staff wouldn't help me find something to keep the door ope or help me by holding the door n so that I can move my luggage in and out of my vehicle into my room. - the hallway Smelt like vomit, and the vomit garbage bag was outside the room the whole weekend. I got there on the Friday night and there is a garbage bag outside of a room door And when I left sunday morning , that garbage bag was still there on the floor in front of that room.... When I got switched rooms, there was nothing to help me or Give me extra security being a single female with the patio doors. There was a lot of things that made that place unsafe for single women to travel to.

When I checked in the room was freezing - they could have had the thermostat set above 51 degrees when they knew a guest was checking into the room

It’s very tired looking. Evidence of old water damage along the baseboards. The people in the adjoining room were smokers (cigarettes and pot) and the doors between the room were uneven as the room I had was likely tiled after the carpet was damaged from the water. Has to stuff towels under the door. Kitchenette sink didn’t have any water.

The staff were exceptional. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like all the loud yeah hoo parties, I asked them to quiet down and they wouldn't. The managers did nothing.

The place looked like an old jail. There wasn't enough light in the room. Tv without a good screen and channels. The other rooms were filled with ppl who smoke weed. There was a kid in the room just above us who was jumping all night. I couldn't sleep well due to this.

The air conditioning system is not the best. Turn off switch is on the plug, never heard of that before. And not informed about the water shut off.

Needs updating. Not enough breakfast room area. Would not have booked and stayed if I had known that they housed troubled people on a regular basis. After the first night, I noticed my gas cap light came on so not sure if someone was trying to steal gas from my vehicle.

As it was in an commercial area, it was easy to get to and close to Tim Hortons

the room didn’t have any outside chairs to use and with the size of the room it should have a table cams chairs dining set. the pool was nice but very very cold and we wanted to be pool side but we were told it was full and we didn’t see hardly anyone sitting out there at all. I think there are a lot of people living there and they may have those rooms. I think they should have reserved for also new customers with short stays.

I liked the size of our room and having a full size fridge.

The first room had food left in the microwave and dirt on the floor, we were moved to another room, which was next to a smoking room, and that's all you could smell seemed to come through the bathroom fan. We booked a non-smoking room. Cigarette burns on most of the furniture, bathtub, and sink. There was no screen on the patio door, so we couldn't leave it open. furniture could use an update.

The location was great. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is showing its age. Older taps and shower. Needs re-painting and updating.

That the noise from other rooms is heard in the own room so loud ,need better insulation particularly under the doors is gap of almost 2 inches , people smoke goes in to the room, wake up with head ache by cigarette smoke from the corridors
