As my room was at 206, I heard a lot of noise from slamming doors from the staff room bellow my room eat in the morning.. As well as the washing machine spindrying unbalanced clothes which resulted in loud rythmic thumping in the evenings

For the most part, everything was fine. Nothing was wrong or unsatisfactory. Bed was good, shower water was hot and its cleanliness was good. Staff seemed great and were cordial.

We found hair in our bed, hair in the shower and super dusty room. For $150.00 a night I would expect a clean room. Won't stay here again

Was charged a $2.00 fee per day for safety deposit box I never used and was not give the choice to opt out. Breakfast in these oil towns should start at 5 a.m.

Unfortunately, I did not have a credit card to use for the room. The staff understood my situation and allowed me to stay (with a cash deposit). I have stayed there before. New system was being done up for the hotel so none of my previous stays were in the computer system. Need a history report so staff and management can determine good guests versus bad guests.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of and were understanding. I will recommend the stay at Super 8 to friends and family. The pool in the hotel was awesome as we could go swimming till 11PM. Used the 10% discount given by Super 8 at Mr. Mike's restaurant.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room only got cleaned once day 4. I didn’t mind except for we had full garbages everyday which I just started to put out in the hall for pickup. As a family of 5, we went through so many towels (plus extras for swimming) and it was kind of a pain to have to ask for more everyday. The towels in the pool area were so thin and very small. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t hot.

Our room had 2 doors, access to the parked car and the inside hall. That was so convenient! Comfy beds. Great breakfast every morning- very impressed. Staff was great. We also used the gym daily and it was decent. Pool was awesome!

I am so pleased with the super 8! They have all the small things that make a trip nice and easy! Plug ins on the lamps by the bed. Digital cable. Balls in the pool for the kids. An awesome water slide. Shampoo and conditioner and hand lotion and even make up wipes. Rooms are spacious. Even a boot cleaner outside the hotel for them hard working men’s muddy boots! We had dinner and drinks as a customer appreciation and it was absolutely delicious it was butter chicken and rice and naan bread with a salad and Deseret and choice of beer or wine and pop. Everyone has been very friendly and respectful! It was a very nice experience especially coming from the hotel I just previously stayed at!!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff seemed unable to silence it. No communications was given to guests and we were very tired the next day as we had an early morning.

Breakfast was basic, but good; one meat, eggs and potatoes plus waffles.

The room was good. Just noticed in the corners of entrance way there was still dirt that got missed from the vacume. And a long hair was in the shower. Other than that it was very great!

Breakfast was very good! The lady running it was excellent!, everything was was stocked and fresh! And cleaned. She ran a tight ship ;)

Building need some work, washroom need some works, I book this hotel coz of the pool, but so disappointed when they said can't used it coz of maintenance issue..
