The rooms and corridors had a strange "musty" smell. One of the two rooms we booked was not even ready ( bed unmade ) when we checked in at 5pm The air conditioner could not be used, it blew out dust and particles when switched on There were no coffee machines in the rooms but were provided when we asked. The poor duty manager was the only member of staff in the whole hotel. It was too much for him though he tried hard.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fair, with fresh waffles available It was only a very short walk to Pizza Delight for an evening meal

A little dated. Breakfast, well it was what I expected!

It has veteran parking. I was shown where to plug my car charger in. I was in a pet friendly bottom floor. The staff was exceptional. I may be wrong about the name but the gentleman at the front desk, when we arrived, again forgive me but I think his name was Chris, came out to help me get parked. He helped bring our luggage to the room and even suggested a very good, local restaurant. Very very nice young man.

I stayed 3 nites, didn't realize you don't have the bathroom cleaned or fresh towels every day when staying multiple days.

When they saw me walk in with my cane, they changed my third floor room to a first floor accessibility room, which made my stay so much more pleasant and I didn't even have to ask them, they just did it.

It was worth the price, which means that it was a basic hotel stay. Well located and functional.

Overall, there wasn't much.

The breakfast was okay. More protein would have been preferred. We traveled with a large senior dog. The room could have a bit bigger. Overall, it met our needs for overnight.

No elevator: not an issue for my party, but we helped an older couple carry their bags up.

Perfect location at a walking distance from IGA, restaurants/fast food, gas station, etc. Free high speed wifi, decent game room with 1$ pool games. Breakfast was great and so was the service. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a microwave and mini fridge that came in handy.

Receptionist went out of his way to accommodate us with a ground floor room since i wasnt aware there was no elevator and was booked on 3rd floor. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Big thank u. Breakfast was simple but fully stocked with cereals, bread, bagels, eggs, muffins, yogurt and delicious waffles. Tea, coffee, juice and milk also.

The hotel feels a bit tired. Our room - paint peeling on ceiling on bathroom and main room (hallway area). The heat/air was so loud. We turned it off for the night and heard a neighbouring room’s heat/air kick in all night long. Tub did not drain while showering.

Front desk staff fella / evening was great and very welcoming. He helped immediately when keys gave us a bit of grief. Front desk staff in am, female, very pleasant. Breakfast offered many options. The location was great.

The only thing it was on sathurday night some people where fighting in the parking lot and we had a hard time to sleep, but its not your fault. Things like that can happen. The rest of the time it was quiet and comfy 🙂
