Rooms were clean spacious and relaxing decor

A warmer Douvet for bedding. Maybe add some eggs and sausages for breakfast. Toilet seat was loose. Not enough room between the water faucet and glass mirror in bathroom. Couldn't put the nozzle in the middle to get evenly disburst hot and cold water. Extremely hot or Extremely cold. Light bulbs on the desk by the headboard were out.

Needs to have a garbage container at the back door for matrons that walk and pick up after their pets. An encouragement for people to pick up and dispose of poop from the pets. Making people walk to the far corner of the property doesn’t encourage people to clean up after their pets.

Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel allows pets. Beds and pillows were comfortable, lots of hot water for showers.

The continental breakfast times could be longer than 9:30am and they should offer more breakfast food such as sausages, bacon, eggs, waffles, toast, orange and apple juice, fruit such as strawberries, bananas and blueberries and grapes.

When I arrived there was no one at the desk. I waited for over 10 minutes before I called the hotel number and someone answered and finally came. The beds are spring mattresses and you can feel every spring.

Clean, very conveniently located near border bridge to US. Near water and near restaurants.

Too little towel. Sound proof was poor to the point where I could hear the next room person using washroom.

I liked that the hotel had restaurant called "Waggs" in it.

Everything about the property was amazing the only thing that wasn’t working was the live TV or the YouTube on the TV as there was no internet connected to it

The bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was basic. Having bread in a bag meant more handling by different hands. Not great as flu and COVID season is upon us.

There was no coffee pot in the room. When my husband asked about it they told him yes, they knew that. Coffee would be made at breakfast. It was advertised with a coffee pot. No major complaints.

This hotel was in the perfect location for our overnight stay. It was very clean and the staff were excellent.

Waffle machine broke. And the shower needs a little shelf to hold shampoo, conditioner,etc. We didn't care but there was no coffee machine in the room. Some people mind.

I liked the location, the room, the room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. Staff were great, Maria at the front desk & the night staff member who brought my husband an extra blanket at 11:00p.m

There could of been more coffee in the room and there was no sugar or cream for the coffee. There was 2 of us in the room and there could of been an extra soap and the shampoo and conditioner wasn't enough as I have long hair. We also needed another chair to sit on and a place to eat our take out food at. There was no ice when we requested some also no cups to drink water from or our pop.

The breakfast was okay I like that there was hot waffles and yogurt and bagels. The orange juice was excellent.
