The lobby smelled SO MUCH like smoke when I walked in, I thought I'd choke. The appliances in the room have wires that are <2 ft long and plug points are scarce. So I needed to put things like the coffee machine and the microwave on the floor to be able to connect them and use them, huge flaw. Walls are also extremely thin, can hear everything from the rooms next door. The tv won't turn on unless the lights are on, bizarre connection/wiring issue that needs to be looked at.

Easy to find, huge room, Aircon got nice and cold. The staff are generally nice.

The room smelt like dog sweat.. There was no plug for the tub either so improvised. The lady sent me to the wrong room the first time and some man answered and it checked in late so told him this is the key the lady gave me, I apologize and went back to front desk. There was no breakfast available, they could of done bags breakfast or something as other hotels have brought back breakfast and restaurants are open. I asked the front desk to give me a wake up call but they forgot as there was no alarm clock in the room and I could not find my phone charger. Had a lot of luggage and checked in late. The front desk man had quite the attitude when I asked about an alarm clock as they used to have them I explained. They should note which rooms had dogs living in rooms too as not everyone like likes lying with dogs.

I liked that they has air-conditioned as it helped clear the smell of the carpets and the bed was very nice and cozy so had a good sleep.

There were a few wasps in the room. About six or seven. Ientioned it at checkout and they sent a guy up there right away to investigate.

No surprises. I got exactly what I paid for. The room was clean, spacious. Comfortable beds. The shower was good. I was pleased to find out they had breakfast included with the price. Food was great!

The duvet cover had a large stain and appeared unwashed. The carpet was filthy and had several burn marks even though the room non smoking, the lino in the bathroom felt sticky as you walked on it. The floor in general was wavy and uneven so you felt like a drunken sailor walking across it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Whenever someone would walk down the hall outside it would shake the whole floor and beds inside the room. Overall the facility looks run down, online pictures are not accurate.
