The room was actually a suite - a bedroom living room and bathroom. Very comfortable and me hosts were great. There is also beautiful landscaping on the premise. I would absolutely recommend this place.

There is a fridge provided but no glasses or plates and bowls. They did provide bowls when we asked.

Owners are very nice and helpful and the property is very clean, just minutes away from the centre of Niagara Falls. Breakfast is all homemade and very filling

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!

Only one very minor thing, which was 4 years out of date info brochures in our villa. However, Alice said she would update them after I mentioned it to her on leaving.

Fabulous villa. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location - quiet, residential area, but only a 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. Although it is a B&B, we opted out of having breakfast provided. Alice kindly leant us crockery and cutlery so that we could do our own thing. A fridge, microwave and kettle were already provided. Alice was very friendly and an efficient, hospital hostess. We can thoroughly recommend staying at Susan's Villa.

The property was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very accommodating and concerned with our needs. Home cooked breakfasts were well balanced, and delicious. It was a close walk to anything you wanted to view near the actual falls, including the bridge to walk to the U.S.A. side.

Susan's Villa is a nice B&B to stay in if you are visiting the falls. Very good location, free parking, and the property is very clean. Alice gives you a warm welcome and makes you a nice breakfast in the morning.

We have never felt so welcomed and loved from a stranger 😆 as soon as we came through the door, we were meet by such warm greetings. We had the option to do a self check-in, but due to lack of reception, we completely missed that important email from our booking! No fault of the Susan's Villa, as all of the information was graciously explained at our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The walk was wonderful and Niagara Falls were close. Parking was included. The rooms were very nice and amenities were all in great condition! Alice and her husband were very kind and warm! This place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient that it was an absolute gem. 10/10 - would visit again!
