The bathroom did not have air freshener and so didnt the room. The carpets and curtains were a bit dusty.

The pool was not crowded and the beds were comfortable

I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean the. Room that I was at very well. And didn't have an ice bucket on every floor.

Hotel can be better by Always give the guests exactly the suite guests booked for.

This is my second time at this hotel. The 1st time was much better because the suite was exactly what I booked for: 1 king bed suite. I like the bathroom with a proper shower stall, the balcony, cozy bedroom nook, roomy sitting/living section. and brightness from sliding door open to balcony. The 2nd time was a bit disappointed because even though I booked 1 king bed suite; I was given 2 queen bed suite ( don't like that) No balcony. I hate the shower curtain and bathtub. The shower curtain was in bad condition - thumb down. But since I stayed only 1 night so I didn't demand a suite as booked. 2nd time was a bit disappointed. I will give this hotel a second chance.

The room was a bit dark. And, a personal preference, but the shower was a rainfall shower that I'm not a fan of when trying not to get my hair wet. Very minor issues. Definitely not enough to keep me from staying again.

There was so much to like about this hotel! I only stayed one night prior to flying out of YYZ, but given the room had a separate sitting area and kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink etc. this would be a great place for a couple or family to spend a few nights. The hottub was bigger than most hotels and the salt water pool and deck was very clean and bright. Staff were delightful. Shuttle to airport was quick. I appreciated the 12pm check out. Location - easy to get to from 401. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, including Denny's downstairs and McDonald's right across the road. 10-15 minutes from the airport.

Neighbours in connecting room were very loud all night (1-4am), no soundproofing. Significant up charge 20% for Denny’s delivery to the room.

The outside of the hotel looks very dated. It was noticeable that the workmanship of the renovations done in the room was not professional & very sloppy ei: wallpaper pieced together... I think the choice of colour makes the room darker than it needs to be with all the dark browns. The bed caved in in the middle. Denny's restaurant needs to be revamped and brought to the modern age. the plating of the food should be presented to be more appetizing by adding a sliced orange or tomato!

the lobby of the hotel has been beautifully designed and renovated, very inviting. the rooms were also renovated and clean. It was nice to have extra towels in the room.

Tea and coffee supplies provided in room wholly inadequate (although this turned out not to be unusual in Canada!), and no other complementary communal facilities provided.

Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to airport with free shuttle service (not a great location for Toronto city though). Plenty of on site parking available. Nice Lounge Bar open in evening with good food and reasonable pricing, plus Denny's restaurant for breakfast and fast food (expensive).

Girl who checked me in was not polite and need training in terms of how to conduct herself. She kept using pen to tap on machine to tell me what to do like I am some kind of idiot and she is teacher.

Breakfast was not included Would not allow late checkout Bathroom needed repairs and cleaning properly. Shower had a Crack in floor Partial glass door no way to stop water getting allover the floor. Very small sink Mildew in the shower Pealing chipped very squeaky bathroom door. Pealing wallpaper. Old carpet. No real desk or desk chair. Very high counter top and chairs. No ottoman or coffee table. Not enough light.

I had difficulty sleeping because the room was too warm for my comfort, and the climate control system in the room cannot be set below 18°C and cannot be shut off (it is always running). The 2 USB charging ports in my room were not working. When booking I requested to check-out at 14:00, they responded to the message saying they confirmed for free. At check-in they confirmed the message but said I must call the front desk the next day to make sure. I did so, and they told me it would impose a $25 charge. It was not a huge inconvenience for me at the time, but I think I was misled about this.

The room is well designed, furnished including amenities, and very clean. The Lounge (restaurant) is very comfortable and serves great food and drinks (4 out of 5 stars). The staff are fairly polite and attentive. The Denny's restaurant is open 24 hours every day which is a lifesaver for travelers on different time zones or schedules and serves many very filling options of tasty American style food.

The lighting in the room could have been better. There was only one ceiling light near the entrance of the room and 4 lamps to light the sleeping area and the separate seating area.

Staff at the hotel were wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable which is what I needed for a long layover. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was also a nice touch. I also enjoyed a visit to the adjoining Lobby restaurant - the steak bites were delicious.
